First time trying sushi express! Came at friend’s recommendation. Did not disappoint. Sashimi is fresh, even my son who usually doesn’t take sashimi like it. And I think pricing wise is economical

I have come to this outlet for many times. Aunties and young lady staff are very friendly. Quite impressed with the new flavors. They just launched the membership program in December 2023, remember to sign up to get a bit of discount.

Understand that the staff are shorthanded but they can at least finish up the task on hand before moving on another. 1) Why leave the customer standing there waiting for your staff who chose to serve another customer who asked for bill AFTER your staff called them over to be seated and only to see the table with an used saucer & opened wasabi packets and the trash bin is not cleared? Shouldn't the table to be ready before that? 2) If bags are not allowed on the seats, enforce it on ALL customers. 3) It was hot the entire dining time due to the LED lights. Suggest diners to visit other outlets to avoid experiencing such situations.

Staff were really nice to us. We came quite late and supposed to be last order already but they still allow us to order a few more times. Felt kinda bad. The food is really good too! Its my first time here and i am amazed by their service ! Keeep it up!!

Compare to Bedok store, this one is a small outlet. There staff was nice, food was great but hot water was not extremely hot so the tea didnt taste good as usual

Place was small and not many varieties of sushi. But I found the trio salmon sushi in yellow plate was very good.

I have come here almost on weekly basis. With the introduction of member program, the time taken to check out is getting unbelievable long and testing your patience. The dining experience from positive immediately turn to negative when you see the long queue to check out. In some cases I am so tempted to leave money on the counter and walk off. We indeed a nation of queue, but to queue for both getting in and out is ridiculous. I will go find other eating place which does not raise your frustration after a good meal.

Despite dining during peak hours (dinner) the servers are still smiling and friendly not appearing frustrated, such professionalism is hard to find! One young lady staff and two other more elderly staffs. Thank you :)
