Gimmicky robot trains to serve ordered dishes. Wide variety but quality wise something felt off, especially with the hefty price tags compared to the competition. There's a UFO ice cream catcher opportunity for every $20 spent. The implementation is that you'll have to try your luck after you pay... Which also means that if you are lucky enough to grab an ice-cream you'll have to find another place to enjoy the ice-cream. Not a fan of anything that's gacha, sad that now even something that's given free at other places is put up as a gacha.

Walk in on a Sunday evening at around 5.30pm and waiting time is around 5 minutes as there are only two group ahead of us. All the food are very tasty and delicious especially the ramen, garlic fried rice, swordfish sashimi and hamachi sashimi. Overall experience is good as the food was served in less than 10 minutes. Will definately return to dine in again.

This is definitely an affordable and family friendly Japanese restaurant at Jurong Point. 15 minutes waiting time for weekday lunch. Always see a long queue on weekend. The salmon is very fresh and nice! The quality of foods are similar to Ichiban, but the price is slight cheaper.

It's first time to try at this restaurant newly open in Jurong Point. Firstly, the concept is good that we can order the food in system and food will deliver right to your table. So far most of the food quite tasty, I like the ice cream also. For me, the room of improvement is selection of items can be more. Hopefully along the way, the menu will getting more items selection in future.

Taste is not bad, normal price. I personally like this kind of train conveyor belt 😬. We came for weekend dinner, a lot of empty tables. Just that we needed to queue for a while because they took quite some time to assign tables..

Genki sushi has always been my family's to go sushi place as my kids loved the sight of the train delivering the sushi. After visiting this place, I'm beginning to think that this may be our new hangout. I really like the variety and uniqueness of the sushi they serve here. The especially like the thick cut salmon sashimi that is so satisfying to chew on. Food arrives promptly after ordering. Do come earlier as the queue forms rather quickly.

The concept reminded me of Genki Sushi. The variety is not comparable but in term of price and shorter waiting time I will vote for this restaurant. Their queue is so much shorter. I will recommend the black pepper series sushi and the fried prawn.

One of my favorite branch. Food is great and value for price. Must order Salmon Belly very good. Geso karaage is huge. I enjoyed the mentaiko sushis too. Everything we tried was nice. However, menu changed and there's no chasiu rice anymore. FREE ice water, Wasabi and soy sauce available on request. Generally not crowded on weekday lunch. Spend more than $20 to get a coin to play claw machine for ice cream. Update: new item like steam osyter is a must try!

Sushi wasn’t special or exceptionally good but it’s a nice place for ‘train served’ sushi. Price was reasonable but not as economic as other express sushi place. Would recommend to try if you want to have sushi while you’re in the area but definitely won’t travel to eat there deliberately.

Love the food although the noodles can be improved. But everything else like mentaiko tamago n chawanmushi was nice. Pretty cool to see the trains deliver your food up n down quite futuristic. Overall nice place n staff n food. Be prepared to spend quite a bit although its very worth it imo.

First time trying Sushi Go 🍣 Not as great as their social media seem to be. The sushi rice was all falling apart. Best item was Hand roll, sashimi & of course ice cream. ❌ They missed our drinks order 😕 🍵 cannot take own wasabi and soy sauce (due to covid) but it’s hard to catch staff attention to ask for more :( 5/10

Not bad - sushi express standard trying to be genki. Food is okay mostly average though I have to say I really enjoyed the scallop nigiri and the green tea was in powder form which was nice. The swordfish (in pic) was not fresh at all, informed the staff and they got it replaced for me but still not fresh. Our next table has some issues with their food too, so sorry but don't think I'll go again - pricey for the quality offered.

I had a really tough week and decided to eat well on a weekend after work. Heading to Sushi-Go was a great decision. The quality (Mentai Mayo Salmon Nigiri**) and the efficiency is amazing, but the highlight of the experience has to be the customer service by the manager on duty. During payment, he politely asked if the food was to my liking. He then handed me some tokens and patiently guided me to the ice cream claw machine located just outside. I was very impressed and was momentarily lost for words. I could not properly express my gratitude to the entire team who made my day. Such a place is truly a rare gem.

The food was good. My boyfriend is very picky about his food and he say this is the sushi chain he will come back to compared to the other similar sushi chains. We recommend getting the handrolls (avocado salmon and softshell crab)!

We have been here many times. Need to arrive before peak hour to get a table. Caili, Joanne and the team have always been warmth and friendly. The kids love the food delivered by the train and we love the food, esp their powdered green tea. Apart from McDonalds, this is one of their favourite place until now. The sashimi is fresh, wasabi is nice and ambience is casual and relaxed. Best of all, there are always tokens for us to grab some ice creams from the crawler machine. Today we grabbed 3!

Many varieties of sushi, similar to Genki concept. Taste wise, maguro and yellowtail sushi can be fresher. The nacho cheese on the 3 types of salmon plate wasn’t to my liking. Other than that the rest were good and value for money.

I frequent this store quite often and just wanted to compliment one of the staff who was really polite and nice. My bf and I were quite clumsy ordering too much to and couldn’t fit the table, spilling the soya sauce. One of the male staff with spectacles (sorry for the description I didn’t managed to get his name) quickly clean up our mess and assured us that it is okay when we apologise repeatedly haha. Felt very sorry for him to clean up our mess but great customer service! Really appreciate it.

First experience there was quite pleasant. Food quality is quite good and service is reasonably quick. Didn't like the miso crabstick sushi because it tasted somewhat strange. Restaurant is quite full around dinner hours.

Amazing sushi for the price. No way rice ratio is worse than genki. Also, the several times I went to genki the rice was hard and undercooked. Way faster than genki as well. Beats sushi express and genki hands down. Just that menu is less extensive.
