A bit cramp during peak hour. I feel this branch is very short staff and hard to get attention. Esp one particular staff who repeatedly ignore my request. Food portion getting smaller with inflation

Service is slow. When we arrived there, many tables were left uncleaned, which increased the queue time for us customers. Solution: Prioritise cleaning the tables and bringing customers in. Goes to show that they still have some improvements to make in balancing between their work and customer satisfaction. Maybe the company has to increase their salary to motivate them 😅

Tinnie was such a nice waitress, she made sure everything was in order, she had a nice smile the entire time, I liked her service .

Food standard has dropped even though the service is great! I'd ordered grilled sambal fish. The fish is a bit dry & sambal had a tinge too much of ginger.

Excellent service. Had the baked rice and bbq chicken. Didn't enjoy the bbq chicken. The bbq sauce tasted weird, chicken was on the dry side. Overall was ok tho.

There was a really long queue waiting to go in despite there being a few empty tables full of dirty dishes. This seems to suggest the poor staff are unable to cope. We can blame the management. The food itself was mediocre and did not warrant the long queue.

We haven't been patronizing Swensen for a couple of years due to food, environment, service as it was deteriorating. However today, we decided to come by to give it a try. Overall it was a good late lunch. Food was great, acceptable waiting time. Just that the area was just a bit warm. Else everything else was good. Thank you.

Swensen always lives up to its famous Chicken baked rice. My partner always loves it so please do not remove it from the menu! Service staff alittle short handed so they can work on that issue. Other then that, overall experience was great.

The food as always is delicious and of good quality. However, the service standards and servings were poor. It wasn't even during the peak hours but there was already a wait to enter and the staff simply ignored new customers that were waiting to be seated. Everything was a mess. Even when settling the bill, no one was at the counter to handle it, And the staff and even manager simply ignored and did their other tasks first. Come here for good food only, don't expect to be treated nicely, and expect long waiting times.

Waiting time for dine in is long, despite knowing it a mother's day weekend, can see that the store is understaffed. Only 1 person is seen trying to clear tables, a lot of empty tables uncleared when we were ushered in, whilst the Q to dine is very long, staff concentrate more on delivery & take away orders.

Generally nice food and reasonable price, service is not bad too. Couple of times there were some screw ups, but manager managed to resolve it amicably. Good place for a weekend get together with family over lunch or dinner, but queue can get very long during peak hours. The selection of ice creams is pretty good too. Best is there is always promotions if you download their mobile application.

Amazing! Never once a let down. Every dish is awesome. Came during fasting month as well and the supervisor gave us a cup of water to break our fast while queueing. Customer service was awesome, food was amazing. Kids friendly too!

Always like the Baked rice here. Ice cream is normal albeit they varieties but it does add some icing on the cake feeling for after dinner. Also do remember to sign up or use membership card to claim free coffee for.adult and ice cream once a month for kids.

My family of 8 visited the wwp outlet on 05 Nov 20 for dinner. We arrived at 6.15pm and we had to wait an hour before we could get seats. Table of 4, side by side. Despite the waiting time which was rather unfortunate as the Q was crazy snaking long, the service maintained was remarkable and professional throughout. Food came piping hot, good and prompt. Whatever asked for was promptly accomodated with. Special thanks to Rizuan, Marina, the Manager and a rather polite young chinese guy who served us (didn't manage to get his kind name). My family had a great dining experience all thanks to the team on duty tonight. Kudos! 👍

Come here regularly. Service was good as per always. Manager was nice. There was a lady named Marina as well, was served by her 20 years back at Changi Terminal 2. Always good to see a familiar face.

Swensen changed their menu as compared to past ten years. Generous share and tasty cuisine attracted many eaters even till today. Kids love their ice cream and cakes, but frankly speaking personally still preferred Hagen das in ice cream. Nevertheless ,swensen still an affordable choice for general families. Good to visit..

Cheap western food and Food served was fast. Maybe because of the very long queue outside. Waterway Point being in Punggol, will need to expect more crowd because of many families living there.

Service is ok, drinks and ice cream take damn long to serve. Food is average. This is a family restaurant so expect to see kids and teens and a noisy environment. Free firehouse sundae on your birthday.

Join them as a Swensen's member, the perks are good, particularly if you have kids enrolled in their membership. Kids get free ice cream once a month with every meal ordered.

This place is excellent for it's western food, it does not sell indian, chinese & malay food, only western food. They also sell ice cream, ice cream cake & more! But it is mostly packed, so you can make reservation via call.

Yes, will come back agin for its wonderful menu choices. Wasn't quite keen to eat here in the first place but after tasting the food,I must say its beef stew rice is yummy and value for money.
