I would like to commend Michael for his warmth and excellent service! From the start, he chatted with us and made us feel welcomed! May not be much but it makes the whole experience personal and transactional. Puts us in a good mood and I had a smile on my face throughout. Keep up the good work Michael. Staff are friendly & helpful, unique fusion yet tasty Singaporean pasta cuisine with air conditioning. People from the US might not be accustomed to eat without air-conditioning in a tropical humid weather, so this is a nice place to eat & chill.

All month sundaes on your birthday and guess who's overdosing on ice cream? Quite packed on public holiday dinner mostly families. Be prepared for youngins screaming bloody murder. Staff quite responsive and always on the move. Food consistent to Swenson's standard.

I went to Swensens at Bugis Junction yesterday for dinner and have some high praises to say about your staff there. Overall, this outlet is very well managed and my family and I had a very pleasant experience there. Faiz, the server who got us seated, was very attentive to my niece's request of no mushrooms on the Mac & Cheese, even though it was a very busy night for them. I was surprised that he checked in on us when the food arrived to double confirm there are no mushrooms. That shows a great deal about his commitment to customer service. Overall, I could see a smooth and in sync system in place that made our experience truly enjoyable. The food was great, service was fast and efficient. Thumbs Up to the crew last night 👍🏽

I am so impressed with the service provided by the Area Manager- Doris! While waiting for my turn to enter the restaurant, she caught my attention by wishing a customer happy birthday when handed the cake over.. And reminded her that it can only last 1 hr at room temperature. Then it was my turn to enter the restaurant, Doris greeted me with a sunny smile, led me to the table & help us with the menu. Well done Doris... The Gem of Swensens!

Always loved going to this Swensens branch. The staff is always friendly. Food quality is always good and reliable. We do miss the deal which comes with the free sides. It has been our family favourite place especially they added food to the menu about 15 years ago. My parents used to bring us here for ice cream and we bring our kids and one day our kids bring theirs. Sticky chewy chocolate is my all time favorite. This Swensen at Bugis is perfect place after shopping where we sit and chill at 3pm to kill time for dinner on a weekend. Whole family pefect outing!

Service was fast, food was good 👍 LOVE this Fried Chicken Waffle 🤤 the chicken tenders were really tender and juicy and flavourful, waffle was good, but a bit too thin( batter was bit thin, making it crunchy but not thick enough to absorbs the maple syrup). Overall, i would go there again

Lunch with office colleagues now that most Singaporeans are fully Vaxed.Ordered impossible burger which tasted like a meat burger.Durian ice cream was delicious.Service was prompt but had to wait 20 mins for a table at Bugis.
