I recently visited Takagi Ramen and had a memorable experience, thanks to Mr. Wong. He accidentally served me the wrong drink, which caused a bit of a wait for the correct one. However, Mr. Wong was very apologetic and went above and beyond to make amends by letting me keep the wrong drink and offering an extra serving of gyoza. His professionalism and kindness turned a minor inconvenience into a positive experience. Overall, the food and the exceptional customer service make Takagi Ramen a place worth visiting.

Tried out this newly opened outlet at Hougang Rivercourt for lunch on 10 May 2024. Firstly, the food quality is really good and their ramen and sides were delicious. They have a really polite and friendly aunty welcoming and directing every customer. It brightens up the mood. However, their collection point was quite disoriented and cramped. Their tables were much smaller as the table for four is more likely for 2-3 customers only. Stool seats were not comfortable. Ultimately, their pricing costs more affordable than most Ramen. Glad they open here! Now can enjoy 24hrs authentic Japanese ramen at very affordable price!! Here's what's on our table: Ramen: Takagi ramen, Karaka ramen (Spicy), Butashoga ramen and Nia shoyu ramen. Sides: Gyoza, Takoyaki, Ebi Fry, and Chicken Karaage Drinks: Brown sugar milk tea w/ pearls, Shio milk cream sencha, Taro milk and Matcha milk. Btw, this new outlet has a bright airy and comfy dining seating that will make your dining experience great. Self service ordering kiosk saves you all the hassle. They have a wide variety from breakfast to ramen, donburi, desserts, beverage and beers too!

The service here is the best! Aunty Peggy welcomes all patrons with a warm smile, and is very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. To me, she feels like the walking ambassador of Takagi Ramen!The kitchen crew are also very friendly. The ambience here is clean and conducive for quick solo meals and with family or friends. Really enjoyed my first dining experience here that I came back to takeaway lunch for my kids later in the day. And amazingly, Aunty Peggy remembers me!

Newly opening outlet at this mall. Walk-in with a breeze. Just that need to order at kiosk instead of ordering at the cashier. Not use to it, as been to their original outlet at Ang Mo Kio. And outlets at One North & Redhill. All at cashier counter. First time using their kiosk, accidentally tap 2 times for the set meal. Which I didn't quite undestand why did my order got 2 sets till I saw from its receipt showing 2 sets. Luckily the staff can cancel 1 set & refund the balance payment to me. Also first time ordering the soft shell crab dried ramen. The sauce with its noodles was much better to be eaten isolated. Cos at the end towards almost finished it. I poured some soup broth into the remaining ramen. The taste wasn't as good, too much overdoze to me. The only ramen eatery that provides pink color ginger slices which I always take 1 big scoop & finish it after that 😋

Tried the Devil's dry ramen. Quite spicy for me, not for the faint-hearted. The thinly sliced charsiew had the melt in the mouth feel. Took the set which came with crispy fried gyoza and green hot tea. Enjoyed my meal and the new assistant manager was friendly and cheerful. Like that they gave out free condiments - the ginger and the mustard green (abit too salty for me). Affordable prices.

Decent ramen joint that operates 24 hours and self-service. Price wise is affordable given the quality. The spicy karaga ramen is quite addictive, while chashu ramen pork broth can be abit “too porky”. Noodles nice and springy, comes with condiments and sides like pickled vegetables

Good food is worth the wait. This quaint eatery offers limited dine in space with 2 machines set on the left of the entrance for ordering and payment. Either you get a table, be seated on availability or pack your meal away, regardless, the ramen that obliges your choice, will not disappoint. The condiments, soy sauce, chilli flakes, sesame etc, all seemed rather redundant as they meal in itself is rather flavourful. Heck, they even offer a free top up of noodles for every complete bowl of ramen that you order. Talk about generosity! And there is this need to give mention to Peggy who busy herself tending to the tables, clearing dishes, greeting customers, helping with orders and even talk time to care for our well being whilst we slurp away on our noodles. Alas, it was Peggy's last day at the Rivercourt outlet on 22 September as Peggy will be tasked to another joint. True to say, customers do follow the staffs, not just because we want to support them, but also that we misses their graceful waiting service. BUT, kudos to the kitchen staffs who slave away, rushing out orders (there is no shortage of Grab orders) and ensuring dine in customers do not wait too long for their order. Drinks to come first to pacify our thirst then comes the yummy noodles. Returning diners? Here, I am one.

Nice to have 24H ramen option Tonkotsu soup base was flavourful but not too salty. Ramen cooked to good texture, not too soft. Charsiew was tender and also flavourful. As for personal taste preference, the bean sprouts were a little bit "raw" tasting, and ajitama did not have much flavour as I would prefer. Overall good experience. From ordering to having food served took about 2-3 minutes during off-peak. Visited on 3 Nov 2024 at 10+pm. Kudos to Takagi Ramen and staff for preparing my meal quickly and staying open 24H!

The service staff that set us down (Peggy) was attentive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the satisfaction of the patrons. Any and all questions posed were answered with clarity and left no room for doubt. As for the food, for the price that it is being offered at, the value preposition remains amazing. The broth was thick, and flavourful, while the noodles remain firm to the bite. The only issue is with the charsiew, which is lacklustre, though it is expected for this price point.

Tonkotsu broth is the star here. For the price its definitely worth it. Order tonkotsu and add on sets. The karaage, fried gyoza and takoyaki are great for the price! The drinks are interesting and tasty as well. The devil dry ramen at the start was gd but it got a bit bitter as a i ate. Peggy is very kind and sweet! Dining here was made more comfortable because of her presence and service.

This is my 1st time dining with my family in your restaurant at River court mall. During the Oder process it’s really frustrated 1) we thought your scan menu can order straight from then online web. After some struggle then realised the small worlds on the QR quite the scan is ONLY to SEE the menu! 2) at the kiosk to order the food at the add on set it’s so confusing no that in the end add on another ste! 3) if order add on wrongly or would like to add on after selected the noodles you need to delete and RESTART the order!! 4) I have to compliment your very dedicated aunty Peggy that working on the ground. She is friendly and helpful. She keep apologise that the system is set such that inconvenience us and she have to make sure we just order one set for the add on! Aunty also have to explain all customer the scan is only to SEE the menu! Please review your app order process! Thanks
