We have been ordering fish and prawns from Tankfully Fresh since last year. The deliveries have always been punctual, in clean, odourless Styrofoam boxes. The deliveryman would always wait while we empty out the seafood before leaving with the box for future use. Seafood has always been fresh and cleaned in the way we specified, comparable or better than the ones we got at our local wet market. 1 of our go-to has been the fish head - always a family favourite. We did try ordering from another online shop once, cos it had a physical shop near us. But we returned to Tankfully Fresh. There is a definite difference in freshness and taste. Online ordering is seamless, options are updated daily. Delivery also very efficient. My house has a broken doorbell and I’ve had no issues with delivery unlike other delivery drivers. Items arrive nicely vacuumed-packed and fresh. Very yummy when cooked! Only downside is how you can only order for next day delivery. However, considering this is how they keep their offerings fresh, it’s worth the extra hassle.

Chance upon Tankfully Fresh when I was looking for fresh delivery of seafood. Tried with minimum purchase of $60 for free delivery and was pleasantly surprised by the service. The fish n prawns came vacuum packed and packing instruction was followed without a glitch. Went on for bigger purchase for CNY and again, their service is superb for my order of more than 10 varieties n many many many instructions. The seafood was very fresh too. Prices are reasonable despite the festive period.

The fish and seafood are very fresh. The delivery is reliable and the turnaround time is short. You just need to order by 2359 and the order is delivered the next day. I always make my order when I’m free at night and receive fresh fish and seafood the next day. The minimum to order to have free delivery is only $60 which is easy to reach. This shop beats the wet market in terms of freshness and convenience. I order from them almost weekly.

The items would arrive neatly in a styrofoam box packed with ice packs to ensure freshness. As the fishes are meant for my kids, we always make sure that there are no fish bones. Tankfully Fresh does a good job de-boning the fish. The price is very reasonable too considering the quality of the items and the excellent customer service. I sincerely hope that the company will keep up this good service, and not become complacent as many successful businesses do after awhile. Lastly, while we love that the items are delivered with ice, styrofoam boxes arent exactly environmentally friendly + they are expensive for the business too. If the items can be delivered in something that is more environmentally friendly ( a reusable box?) , this will be great. Thank you!

From the first order from Tankfully, they quickly became my go to place for fresh seafoods. I have ordered from them numerous time and was satisfied with every single order. Super efficient next-day delivery, the seafoods always be delivered in a cool box, well cleaned, cut as required and vacuum packed in single bag. I normally don't need to do anything else after receiving the parcel, just simply store them in the freezer then voila. Best thing to mention is the taste at a reasonable price. The seafoods they offer are so fresh, taste much better than those bought from the supermarket or even wet market. MUST TRY: salmon, squids, prawn and flower crabs. They taste heavenly!
