4/2023 Two mashed potatoes are missing. Spent money to get angry. How do you guys do things?ordered and cashier didn't give a receipt.Bad experience,just anyhow do the job ! 23/5/2023 finally the problem solved. The 2nd pic is the one they compensated me for. Staff service very nice. keep it up

The place is quiet and cold which I like but the food portions size not that very much a good deal as the chicken tenders was smaller compared to last time. Their service is good especially the friendly girl in the counter.

Food is excellent.....if they get it right. Morning orders (via grab) are usually good. But come nighttime the orders and food are very poor in quality. Several times I (or my wife) have ordered at night and the order that comes via grab are missing items or are not done properly. Latest one was the maewoyo burger. Morning order came properly sauced but the nighttime orser, the sauce was completely not on the patty at all, only a small dollop on the buns. And of course missing entire items such as the wrap. The shop also opens 24hrs but somehow the shop on grab closes before midnight. Not sure whats going on with the night crew but its a huge shame because apart from slipshod work from the night crew, the food is otherwise great.

Had my dinner at this outlet & I was served by Ronnie. Apart from the delicious Salted Egg chicken, I had to write in to commend on Ronnie’s exceptional service. He was extremely cheerful & accommodated to my order diligently. Good job, Ronnie! Indeed good service needs to be recognised!

Texas Chicken Century Square! I'm ecstatic for the service you've provided to us, me and my friends really enjoy the food. Our food order was quick and also staff gives you warm welcome! Me and my friends was not really sure with the menu but the staff assisted us with care greet, smile and energetic! Shout out to Texas Chicken Century Square staff and service! In additions the staff who profesionally assisted us old lady with grey uniform, her name I forgot to ask but she were the only grey uniform. I would definitely coming back to Texas Chicken Century Square! Thank you! Regards. Firdaus.

For me texass is officially over take kfcc and hence, they are no. 1 fried chicken brand for me. Appreciated if you can still arrange more promotion during this inflation period so that we are able to support constantly in return. Cinema and some shops around level 5 were closing down. Not you and please stay healthy:)

Personally prefer Texas Chicken over KFC or Popeyes. However, the outlet here is small and located at an awkward section of the mall. The queue would sometimes spill over to the walkway. The very limited tables for dine-ins is a huge turn-off. Such a shame that they closed down their Changi City Point outlet, which was considerably larger.

I had the 3 pc tenders set. The tenders were a bit dry, not flavourful, and looked very pale unlike the golden-fried drumsticks (which I saw another diner eat). Mashed potato was alright. The honey biscuit was my favourite. Not quite worth the hefty $8.00-$9.00 price in total. Overall, the dining area was a tad on the small side, and service was fine. (century square mall)

Texas Chicken has a heartier menu than other fried chicken restaurants. Their chicken seem to have a nicer crunch and taste. I like their side orders, like the mash potato.

Best Fried Chicken Chain. My recommendations would be their normal spicy 2/3 pc chicken meal or any special flavored chicken promo they are having. Avoid their burgers. For sides, they really have the best mashed potatoes out there, remember to upsize your meal as their upsized mashed potatoes portion is so big and worth, 2x larger than KFC's upsized mashed potatoes.
