Reviews of Tun Xiang Hokkien Delights 豚香福建館@Jewel Changi Airport
Pretty good place to dine at in jewel. Ordered 5 dishes for $60+ for 4 pax, not bad. Good waiting time and all. Can visit.
Tried deep fried pork, pig stomach soup, hokkien mee and bittergourd eggs. Overall average in taste. Deep fried pork is a bit too oily for me. Bittergourd eggs are really flavorful, smooth and nicely done. Staff are friendly. Special teatime discount ending at 5pm.
If you eating alone, you can go for the hokkien mee, otherwise you might have to settle for ordering dishes with rice.
Food is pretty decent but choices are limited.
At a glance, the price of the dishes may scare customers off. I decided to give the Hokkien Mee a try and it surprised me. At S$8.80 per plate, the restaurant was generous in their portion such as the ingredients (prawn and squid). The oyster in the oyster omelette was fat and juicy. The cereal squid was also a surprise to my delight. At first, I was skeptical about the pig stomach soup as it was S$15 per bowl. But the serving turn out that a bowl can serve 3 pax. The soup was generous in terms of pig stomach and other ingredients as well. Overall a pleasant dining experience and I will be back again!
Frankly speaking this is the BEST collagen soup we ever had. Amount of ingredients really a lot compared to the first time we came. Prawn noodle, and the bittergourd with egg, definitely another MUST TRY.. Just by finishing up show how delicious the food is.. Will come again and again… Thank u so much..

Signature dish prawn noodle was a let down. There is no wok hei, noodle tested funny. Also, serving speed is relatively slow.
Good food, hokkien mee have promotion for $5.90 during national day promotion. The sour plum drink is $3, good.
Went for lunch today with hubby. Signature hokkien mee is very good, the soup is also nice. Only disappointment is the nan ru crispy pork, taste is a bit too sour for both of us. Will not order again on next visit.
The first thing u see advertised on Tun Xiang board is the Fried Hokkien Mee so we tried that.
Very tasty, flavourful Fried Hokkien Mee @$8.90 a plate just lacking pork belly. If you want a plate with more pork belly, the price is slightly more.
Comparing this with the former Telok Kurau/Katong "Geylang 29 Charcoal Fried Hokkien Mee" which is now re-located to Siglap, I would say this is better becos of the stock & how well its absorbed to the noodle with generous portion of prawns, squid & crispy bak-yu-pok (only lacking pork belly).
There was in-house promo for the salted egg crispy pork at Tun Xiang Jewel (until Dec) at $7.90 instead of $15.80. Very good crisp & tasty. Must try.
The Kailan with iberico pork was ok for me however my sis like it. To each his own😀
Their menu selection of dishes are very limited.
I would say around 9 dishes only mostly pork dishes. Their honey lemon drink is very refreshing. Picture on menu show an orangy brown drink but what we got was a water colour honey lemon😬
I would defintely go back again for the Fried Hokkien Mee and also to try the pig stomach collagen soup as well as the oyster omelet next time.
FYI- They are under the same group as Gochi-so Shokudo (famous for Iberico pork)
Very concise menu with limited dishes, making the restaurant to be good in what they’re serving, I supposed.
The price and portion of food served is reasonable. In term of quality, it’s average, the only feedback is the fried vegetables is on the salty side, while the soup is lack of pepper taste.
While on the tea served, it can be a lot better by not serving it in a paper cup for a Chinese restaurant, in the menu it’s indicated as pu’er but when served it’s jasmine tea bag.
Naru pork is not to our liking, like eating belly pork, very fatty and oily(see image) . Menu should put naru pork belly is more appropriate. Hokkien mee served not very hot though, service crew are attentive and friendly. I don’t think I will go back for the food again.
Understated restaurant. Surprised by the excellent food, freshly cooked. The lack of service is made up by the reasonable pricing.
The sambal is shiok!
Overall a very satisfying meal. Thank you to the chefs.
The bean sprouts and Hokkien mee were not too salty . Maybe because we requested it not to add too much salt. It is not crowded as it was a Monday. Not too bad but there are other better Hokkien mee stalls in other parts of Singapore😊
Nice atmosphere and nice food.
Had an enjoyable dinner with my partner. Ordered cereal sotong, Nanru pork and hokkien mee. Food is good and portion is generous. Will definitely visit again.
Tucked away in a nice quiet corner of the jewel, this Hokkien Chinese food gem is incredibly tasty! I had many hokkien prawn noodles all over Singapore including the famous Geylang one but this one beats it hands down. We had the bittergoud ibérico pork which was very tasty. Definitely worth a second visit.
We ordered the fried hokkien mee and the seasonal braised pork beehoon. If the saltiness had been tempered down by half, I'd have given another star for the dishes which were otherwise cooked well.
We went around lunchtime on a Saturday and were seated immediately with lots of empty tables still available.
Ordered Hokkien noodles, stir-fried beansprouts and fried iberico pork to share. The Hokkien noodles was the star of the show, although it's slightly salty compared to the past. The sambal chilli was really good, and went really well with the noodles. Definitely comparable to the ones in local hawkers.
Overall a good place to dine if you are a Hokkien mee lover.
Pretty good tasting dishes! Got wok hey!
Hokkien Mee Noodles it’s tasty, serving wise can be more generous a little.
Referred by a friend 🙌🏻
Decent and more affordable local offering at the airport
My favourite Hokkien Mee is from Come Daily Tian Tian Lai at TPY Lorong 1; so far nothing has come close, including Tun Xiang’s. I do like a bit of the wet texture, but unfortunately the broth doesn’t have a strong enough flavour to carry the dish
On the other hand the prawn paste chicken wings “har cheong gai” was pretty amazing. Chicken was tender and the prawn paste was v pronounced, would order again!
P.S. Restaurants live on reviews and ratings so by default I would give them 5 stars as they might possibly get better down the road, the above statements and comments are more representative of how I feel about the food at the point of my visit. I use these writings as a food log and hope it helps you in making a more sound decision on how you would want to spend your calories
Food was great at always and reasonably priced as well. Li Hua was also great with my toddler who refused to eat. Li Hua encouraged her by giving her an applause with every bite which really helped to move her along. Great service, thanks TX team!
Super Hokkien mee, good fried prawn paste chicken and pig stomach soup. Reasonable pricing. Try to go during non-peak hours.
The BEST hokkien mee in town!! The lard is crispy!
Have tried many so-called top rated hokkien mee in town but they are all really mediocre, but this one really exceeded my expectations, two thumbs up 👍 👍
Food is fragrant, decent, but portion a bit small and price to the high side. Well, the location is Jewel Changi. Restaurant is clean and bright. Great for tourists who want to try hokkien mee.
Hokkien mee failed to impress me but the salted egg pork ribs were tender and yummy. Soup was not bad as well but slightly pricy.
Really delicious and affordable hokkien style dishes!
Real taste hokkien mee! Great value and great food! Highly recommended!
Food is decent but I think the Chinese tea served with teabag in paper cup is over priced at $3++
Jewel offered really a variety of cuisine, we came across this Hokkien delights and decided to try it.
It is a simple restaurant serving less than 10 Hokkien type dishes. We ordered:
1. Hokkien Prawn Mee
2. Oyster omelette
3. Prawn paste fried chicken wings
4. Cereal squid
5. Fried Kailan with pork
Each of the dish tasted really good with the wok smell. I have to say that I’m very surprised to find such a great taste Hokkien prawn mee in a restaurant, highly recommend for everyone to try.
Nice wok hei but can be quite expensive for this kind of food. Can’t patronize too often. Nan Ru pork and hokkien mee stood out the most.
I highly recommend giving this a 5-star rating because it was incredibly delicious. Treat yourself to a culinary adventure and let your senses come alive with each flavorful bite. 🍽️🤤
very delicious! staff are friendly too:)
The herbal soup came in a big claypot but the soup barely filled a-third of the claypot.
The kailan was poorly presented and served. I believe they can make better effort to cut the kailan up instead of leaving it as a long strand.
I would have given a better rating if they had put in more effort in serving their food. After all, the dishes tasted decent
HKM don’t taste like HKM, sambal weirdly sweet, food took a while to come for no reason. Bean sprouts were at least peeled
Food at Tun Xiang is very flavourful and tasty. Service is excellent and the people are friendly. Would highly recommend dining here
Ordered a few dishes
- Collagen Pork Belly Soup
- Stir-Fried Iberico Pork slices with cabbage
- Signature Hokkien Mee
- oyster omelette
Food wise is nice except for the Hokkien Mee which the gravy and noodle didn’t seems to blend together and feels separated.
The portion is really too little for the price however the food is still really good
The salted pork ribs n hokkien mee are good, pig stomach soup is towards the peppery side so its abit too much for us. Overall is can eat.
We ordered three dishes and all were tastefully executed. While the price is slightly on the high side but Iberico pork to start with is an expensive ingredient. I didn't give 5/5 despite the scrumptious dishes is because too few selections in the menu. Would appreciate for wide choices just like in other outlets
The food and service is top notch. Although very packed and busy, the staffs and uncles were very efficient and friendly. Definitely try the pig stomach soup and Hokkien mee!
First time trying out this place which the food is still consider not bad and worth to try. However, the Hokkien Mee portion is abit small and would be better if the portion can be bigger.
Very nice food though limited dishes but most of them are good like hokkien mee, oyster omelette, saluted egg yolk pork. Reasonable priced
Good atmosphere and ambience . Food are great too. Recommend if in Jewel .
It's been a long time since my family had authentic Hokkien food at acceptable prices. Please keep up the fantastic work. Will definitely come back again.
the service was very good, the price is also affordable!
Limited menu offering average food. The only thing that could be worth a try is the Hokkien Mee. Presented in a small portion....tasty but also thirsty thereafter.
Authentic hokkien taste. Nice food
Order the 3bundle set. Good with service
Very tasty & homey
Very nice hokkien mee! Fried pork is tasty
Great food !
Very delicious
Good tasting food
We had hokkien mee n satay. Hokkien mee was delicious. Especially liked the sambal blachan...yum. The satay was a nice surprise. For $15 for 12 pcs which works out to be $1.20@ good value n tastes good. Size was 2inches thick iberico pork! Value for money n tastes 👍good.
I personally like the black pig Hokkien mee which is moist and tastes good. Worth trying!
The pig's trotter rice noodles taste just like pig's trotters without the unpleasant smell👍, but a bit salty.
