Food was mediocre for this price. The more delicious dish was Braised House Special Beancurd with Mushrooms and Vegetables. However, the gravy was too thick as in a cheap zichar place. Deep fried silver baits were also tasty. The following dishes were not nice. Crispy chicken was dry and chicken meat was tasteless, as if it was a low quality frozen chicken. The prawns in the Wok Baked Prawns were very firm and also felt like frozen prawns. Service and setting were excellent. I used the member birthday discount. Without the discount, it is very overpriced for such food quality.

Went for CNY dinner with work and really enjoyed it. Food is really good quality & service is great. We went on a week day so not crowded. We had a nice center table with plenty of space. The set menus we had was filled with meat but no veg was included (the only downside). Portions was good for our group & food was hot. My colleagues said the menu was more typical as a wedding dinner vs CNY but still good. We also had Lo hei which was good but maybe a bit too much sauce. The Thai chili sauce that came with the prawn crackers was my favorite!! The Abalone rice was really good with very tender Abalone. The lobster/crab dish was the least flavorful but still ok. The steamed fish was really good with a nice broth & herb flavor. We also had this mango soup (Sago I believe) with tapioca pearls that was really delicious & perfectly sweetened! Overall I would go again and would recommend for large groups, family or celebration dinner.

Came back a second time. Quality food, v good service. Part of the Hotel and gave 4 cos entrance is part of the hotel lobby. But inside is v comfortable and has separated rooms for private functions. Has a large glass chandelier and good for small wedding function as well! Can improve on cockage but they were kind to give free for a pint of beer!! Service is excellent and attentive to the table.. well done. Will try their dim sum next time! Cheers

Serene place for excellent seafood, Chinese and Japanese cuisine in one. Thanks Chef Cash and his team for serving us well today. Strongly recommended to try their sashimi and Peking duck. Very accessible from Park Regis carpark as the restaurant is simply located at level 1.

We are Tunglok loyal customers at many different outlets and we have been here at Regis Park for a few times. Most of the seafood served are fresh and delicious except today we ordered two fish filets( 鲈鱼件$18.90/pcs), when it was served, we can smell the " fishy" smell before we consume, and truely after we tried a bit, it tasted unfresh and tasteless, we feedback immediately and a female manager(with black jacket)who is plump and with short hair attend to our feedback, when we told her that the fish is not fresh, she respond "no other customer said that leh! ", after that she brought the two plates of fish to the kitchen and came back to us a while later and said: " my chef said there is nothing wrong with the fish but nvm we can exchange for you" . Her response and body language made us feel louzy and disappointed and showed how unprofessional she is! (She trust her chef more than customer's feedback) Nevertheless, we still want to praise another male manager, Mr Adam Zheng, for his sincere and excellent service , we want to give our compliments to him, TungLok should employ more front line service staffs like Mr Adam Zheng. Today the four stars are given to Mr Adam Zheng and one star gone because of the plump female manager's louzy service.

Celebrated a friend’s birthday there a few weeks ago and the service was superb! I would like to commend the managers on duty for the day for their service excellence. They went the extra mile to plate the birthday cake we brought as well as provide additional pastries. The food itself was great as expected of Tunglok. We ordered the fish, chicken, and the trio vege. Thanks to Burpple we also had 1f1 salmon sashimi. Best dish was definitely the chicken, the skin wasn’t too oily or fatty while the meat itself was tender and not too dry. :-)

First time here for dining, and we taken Ala-carte Buffet Dinner. Food items is more than 30+, and compare with others Buffet restaurant, here is more value. Service staff is friendly and price for the Ala-carte Buffet is also reasonable. Recommended!

Food are pretty good and value for money. The ambience is cosy and comfortable with the high ceiling, chandelier and deco. The staffs namely assistant manager reiko and mr loong are friendly and hospitable. Had a birthday celebration there and they supply birthday buns and a beautiful led display for cake display.

I've been to another tunglok branch but this park regis outlet is really outstanding. Firstly this place is really beautiful and close to mrt. Next, The manager Johnathan is really accommodating and friendly. Really thank you for the team to make our friends and family enjoyed our marriage celebration lunch 😀. Many praised their sashimi (very important because my besties love sashimi) is very thickly sliced, its veryyy fresh, chilli crab and cereal prawns are really good too! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends if they looking for place to have a memorable dining experience!

Great dimsum buffet in an elegant setting. Abundant choices of food with sashimi and luxury dishes like truffle fried ebi and one of the smoothest chawanmushi. 1 for 1 otoro promo now on until 31st May (6 thick 'melt in your mouth' tuna slices for $34). All served with a smile and that trademark tunglok service.

Had a whopper of a 1.5kg mud crab. The chiili crab was delicious and an order of mantou is compulsory to mop up the chiili crab 🦀 gravy. Wearing the bib is encouraged as you will make a mess.

Nice environment, great service, but food leaves us wanting. For avid dimsum lovers, you would be quite disappointed by the quality of the dimsum. Having paid 44++ for a dimsum buffet (admittedly not particularly expensive), the quality of the dimsum from a well-known restaurant was disappointing. The Good: The great food they served were the crab and the shark's fin, both of which were flavorful and particularly enjoyable. The Average: Siew mai, fried beancurd skin with prawn (腐皮卷), fried prawn dumpling (炸虾饺/虾角) The bad: - Steamed prawn dumpling （虾饺) - thick, sticky skin with average filling - Fried carrot cake (煎萝卜糕) - not sufficiently flavourful as it lacks enough mushroom/腊肉 and was not sufficiently pan-fried - Chicken feed (凤爪) - sticky, clumpy, not sufficiently soft, not sufficiently salty/flavourful (either spicy or salty) - Braised pork ribs (排骨) - clumpy, not salty enough, not enough chili and 豆豉. Overall the service was top notch, but the food was extremely disappointing.

I was served by Connie and Reiko. Both staff are very attentive, friendly, cheerful, and accommodating. Food was impeccable in taste, generous in quantity, exquisite in quality. The ambience of the space feels spacious and comfortable. Will definitely visit Tung Lok @ Park Regis again.

Came her for a dimsum buffet, the food ordered was good and in generous quantities, there's some item that is specific for 1 per pax or per table. Tend to over order since you won't be able to tell the serving size until it came. Overall, I would come again for a dimsum brunch or lunch.

Came here for a delightful dinner with my family and opted for the ala-carte instead of the buffet. No regrets at all! The Yusheng was an absolute highlight, easily one of the best I've had. We had a fantastic reunion dinner at Tung Lok Seafood and Park Regis Singapore, indulging in fresh-off-the-boat lobsters cooked to perfection. The friendly staff in our private room were incredibly attentive, making sure everyone had a memorable experience. The spacious room was perfect for our large group, offering some much-needed privacy for catching up. While the lobsters were certainly the star of the show, we also loved the abalone glutinous rice, the steam grouper, each bursting with flavor and showcasing the restaurant's expertise in seafood. It was my first visit (10th Sept) at this hidden gem - my bf and I walked in around an hour before their closing time, and were famished. The waitress on duty at that time, Reiko, who was already tending to many other patrons, welcomed us warmly. She was also so genuinely looking out for us, initially we were going to order a crazy spread, but she advised us that the two large dishes that we ordered, along with the desserts, would be just enough for the two of us. The food was impeccable, and we were both full of praises even as we were stuffing ourselves full! Most notable for me was that at no point in time at all did we feel hurried or rushed by the staff to finish eating quickly so that they could get on with closing, and we very much appreciated the friendly conversations and really, vip treatment, despite it being our first visit. It’s definitely a restaurant I’m bookmarking for future meals with friends, family and loved ones! Thank you to the manager and team on duty that night, especially Reiko who served our table!

HB’s 70+ bdae lunch @ Tunglok Park Regis, Very nice place with yummy food n good service. Was given a big private room could accommodate all of us(16pax) in 1 table! Even amazing us specially set up the private room for our big family and provided the longevity bun setup & Majestic ginger centerpiece that symbolise 萬寿無疆. Thumbs up for their service. Specially thanks to Reiko, Susan and other colleagues busying in and out for us. Thanks again Reiko, we will come back again and will recommend to others with such a nice place,good services and food.
