B. L.Ordered on a non peak hour and it was quick. Staff was polite and even say thank you when I’m collecting my meal. Fried rice was fragrant! Yum!
S.I would like to thank Jasmine for her kind and thoughtful help. I order 3 egg fried rice from IMM Wokhey through the wokhey link and it was my mistake i didn't read that it was only for self collect. They dont have their own delivery services. When i knew about it. I quickly search my email, my msg for the order number, and wokhey website, trying to reach out to them if it possible to cancel my order. So i went to the wokhey chat. Jasmine asst me patiently cos i kept asking for refund. Jasmine told me it was impossible as they alr prepared. I told her i was unable to self collect. The journey is quite far from my home. I keep on searching for driver and they charge me peak hrs rate. So expensive for my 3 wok hey! I was so sad.I told Jasmine if she could able to find a driver for me. At the same time i just want to forget about it and order another meal.But this kind hearted Jasmine, she reached out my case to her management and out of their goodwill they arranged a delivery to my house. I am so thankful and felt very sorry to trouble her. Thank You so much Jasmine! 🥰
