Prompt service. Beef was abit too sweet. I would prefer to be more savory. Fried chicken was flavorful and maybe abit too salty.

Japanese fast food. Instead of burgers, they serve rice. Their beef rice and chicken rice are both not bad. The A&W that I had didn't taste like root beer at all though; it had a strong licorice flavour to it.

Informed cleaning staff who was standing nearby to wipe the table clean (there were rice grains on table). She acknowledged but claimed to be busy but she was idling standing around. Ended up, I wiped the table clean on my own with the cloth at the returned tray counter. FYI, this is my first encounter with bad cleaning crew service. I always patronise this outlet on a weekly basis.

Taste as usual, nice. The large bowl is getting smaller, almost not easy to tell the difference btw s/r/l .... maybe due to inflation.

Sadly the last bastion of healthy, tasty fast food in Singapore has fallen to new lows. Their beef bowls contain extremely little meat, they no longer offer chilli flakes, only chilli powder, and their previous offerings of vegetables such as broccoli is now replaced with generic raw salad. Yoshinoya used to be a staple of my youth, however I think it's time to take off those nostalgia glasses and realise that it's no longer the same chain it was 10 years ago.

Yoshinoya restaurant in Nex rebranded and changed their interiors. This new one looks way better and has that homey Japanese feel. The Yakiniku Bowl was also tasty, with a generous helping of sauce on the rice and meat. The miso soup can be better as it lacked some taste though. Overall it's good, and I will be coming back!2

Perhaps you would like to enlighten us that your staff kept harping that they are closing at 930pm n twice in breaking my conversation with my friend n even wanted to take away my friend hot tea cup so we have to leave. They ushered quite forcefully to the other customers n myself to move to other tables so that she can quickly mop the floor n tidied up the place for closing. Thus a few groups were unhappy n left. It was only 9pm. New customers approached n was told tthey stop at 930pm.. . yeap, the customers also walked away. The restaurant is near empty ad they show inducation of packing up at 9.13pm when closing time is 10pm. Food was good but being instructed to leave or to move to other table at 9.03pm is ridiculous. Bad aftertaste. i have a photo if u need it.

Basically nowadays no service at all. Because u order urself by scanning the stupid qr code. And u collect ur own food and return the tray n empty bowls after eating. No more personal touch.

the drinks are really weird tasting, A&W zero had an arcid smell and the taste of toothpaste, really upsetting to drink that. most of the drinks are healthier option and really taste very very weird, wasted $2 for not drinking anything. the food overall is great though, but with the drinks being not up to standard it really disappointed me

Unknowingly, I have been away from Japan for 239 days. I really miss the taste of food there. Here you can eat authentic popular taste, which is very cheap and feels very Japanese!
