I enjoy the training provided. The hands-on training provides me better exposure on handling with certain equipment for the respective rescue process. At the same time provides me with confidence and able to manage myself and team when doing any actual rescue events. I would like to suggest that any future participants may bring gloves to ensure safety on our hands.

I was trained by Shawn on the confined space entry and rescue (Basic and Intermediate) across 2 days. Shawn is a experienced and patient trainer and he gave my team and I a lot of opportunities to experience an actual confined space rescue operations. He explains the theory well and makes it simple to understand. He empowers us to think and execute. Which is something I would take home with me and apply in my workplace. Miguel Wong: Shawn is an experienced and knowledgeable trainer, whom provides a lot of industrial examples on how to conduct a confined space rescue. He gave me new insights on how a confined space rescue should be conducted. Some recommendations that I would like to provide would, a little warm up before the practical sessions and also some basic safety precautions for the team before the practical exercises. But overall a joyful and challenging experience.

Very conducive place to learn. Giving you the actual and more realistic learning. Our instructor Ruey always go straight to the point topic and always giving emphasis on the safety specially the use of PPE. We feel that he is really concern about our safety and giving more emphasis that PPE is nothing if we do not know its use.
