We had been informed by our teacher's movement to another outlet, which location frankly was not ideal for us. Displeased and inconvenienced by this change, I sought to terminate my child's enrolment. Staff personnel named Alex and Sarah, both patiently listened to my feedback and focused on finding a solution. We ultimately found a mutually beneficial resolution and I am most impressed by the way both Alex and Sarah conducted themselves, Alex especially, who took the brunt of my feedback. I would suggest parents in similar situation, to give the centre a chance to redeem/rectify/manage concerns. After this experience, I feel that there is sincerity on their part to control any damage and help affected parents/students. In terms of lesson structure and quality of teachers, my child absolutely loves them and looks forward to her lessons each time.

Super glad to found this lesson place! Went for the trial lesson and my girl love it. Teacher Diana is super friendly and very patience with my girl. Teacher Tzu Ling is patient and has an affable disposition which makes the learning process less stressful and more enjoyable. Under her guidance, I have now been able to finish learning Grade 8 piano pieces which I would have given up halfway as per previous attempts. I am also learning the flute from Teacher Tzu Ling and being able to play an additional instrument has allowed me to cultivate a deeper passion towards music. I would highly recommend students, who may be hesitant about starting something new, to join Aureus and learn from Tzu Ling!

Being a student at aureus, the music school provides students with very well maintained facilities which can also be used during my free time. I also appreciate help and guidance from the teachers from this school, such as my piano teacher Ms Hui Xuan. She is very patient with her students and will often provide students with different ways to improve based on their needs.

Ms Shu Xuan has been a wonderful addition to my learning journey in the arts. As my piano instructor, I found that she is very patient, caring and understanding as she teaches and I feel I am comfortable enough to relate to her as a friend and mentor, compared to just having a mere student - teacher relationship. Despite the language barrier between English and Chinese, she always strives for both of us to have open communication during lessons so that I flourish to be a better musician.

Teachers Emirwan was very patient with my son's gradual progress with his hand eye coordinations While Teacher Wendy and Teacher Sem were instrumental to give my wife confidence as an adult learner for violin.. they also went extra miles to advice which violin is suited and thank the teachers

Alex Admin/sale /customer service has been prompt with email and call even i did not continue singing class, he is keen to explain the whole payment and really to offer alternative . As i requested, so payment is transparent even i find complicated, will come back to school when i am ready. Thank you

Alvyn Teoh at Nex is very very patient with my boy who did is first drum lesson trial. He is very understanding towards my boy who was pre-occupied with the drum equipment and not listening to his instruction and he just allowed him to explore instead. Very happy that my son likes drum lesson and the teacher so we signed up immediately. Special thanks to Kent and Gwen who helped us with the registration, were also very patient and friendly to us in explaining to us about the programme.

W teacher Putera, been with him for a while now. He's been making lessons fun and educational at the same time. I have learned a lot while being with teacher Putera.

Staffs are very helpful and professional especially Surene. As for the violin Teacher Wen Yee Ong is not very helpful as my 5yo girl just started learning how to play closed string. Being a kid beginners, I have asked around other violin teachers will do markings for beginners students so that they will familiarise and practice their muscle memory for at least few months before removing the markings. This violin Teacher refused to do the markings and expect my girl to recognize the violin tune at her age. Last month lessons with the teacher, she either came in late or early dismissal or both. I really doubt her professionalism as a violin Teacher.

I unfortunately have an incident of mis-communication with the school for the package i have signed up. Honestly while i was quite upset with the hardselling of the sales executive whom omitted some terms and condition, which resulted in me signing a package not knowing what i was in for the after service is why i am writing this review. Upon questioning more on the free equipment rental service, i have realised that the sales executive omitted informing me that i was obliged to keep the instrument for another month and needing to pay for that. However, the customer service, Victor Choi who was attending to my request did a fabulous job. For the very first, he did not argue with me and listen attentively to what i have been told. He subsequently followed up with a few calls to get all the facts right. Ultimately he came up with a solution, which although was not the best, but i can see his effort and his excellent customer service. Thank you for that and wishing you a bright career in customer service Victor.
