Just finished my 5 sessions package and want to share my appreciation to the outlet “godmother” Man Nee? The service extends beyond swimming and massages and they really show extended care to my fussy girl, every little steps, every single visit. I also like that she is open-minded/flexible with our visits to accommodate our needs. I will totally recommend this outlet though I do struggle as a full-time working mom to finish all sessions within the package validity period (5 sessions within 3 months, 10 sessions within 6M). At 9M I feel my baby have outgrown the pool, but I will miss the kind staffs there.

Nice experience for my baby's first haircut. Came at 1140am and already the place was full with people using the swimming facilities. Friendly attentive and knowledgeable staff. Very fast, fuss free and was able to advise that trim is better than skinhead for my 10mo. Husband likes it here. Will be back. Thank u

It is great experience to bring my baby Elodie to this baby spa in punggol. The ladies are doing great job with gentle care baby . I love the service and the staffs are very friendly. Highly recommended this punggol branch is created a good environment for the babies .

Had been bringing my baby to punggol oasis baby spa since Nov’22. Particularly will commend both Money and Nadia for their excellent services while caring for my baby during pool times. The massage session was so good that my active boy is willing to stay still and let Money massage him.

Went to Oasis Terrace Babyspa today with a friend and her daughter. The staff was excellent! Patient and caring, treated the baby girl with such loving care and full attention! We love the massages (for the baby of course!) and overall had a fabulous time! Thank you for the excellent service and a shout-out to Ms Nana for being so attentive and generous with her time 🙏🏽 We will definitely return ❤️

Brought my baby to baby spa for the first time today at Punggol Oasis and he really enjoyed himself! It’s his first swimming session and he absolutely loves it! Nadia and colleague were extremely engaging with my boy and Nadia gave him a relaxing massage after. It’s the first time he took a 3 hour nap in the afternoon after the massage! I can’t wait to bring him for his next sessions!

Went to baby spa punggol for the trial package 🤩🤩 no regrets love their service so much can really tell that they’re passionate and caring towards baby. They really handle with care. I really feel happy and safe bringing my baby there. I dont usually leave review probably cause i’m bad with words and all unless their service really far exceed expectation then yes i’ll do it..and in this case YES! And the best thing is baby spa allowed 2 parents to accompany baby so if you spot something different or things that you’re unhappy with you can straight away tell them directly. And so far i have no problem with appointments. ❤️❤️

The service is very good. The baby likes to swim here very much. There is also a massage service. After each swim, the baby will be very tired and fall asleep soundly.
