The Import and Export Course was very beneficial and effective. Trainer was patient and conducted the lesson with clear expression including classroom/group discussions, case studies and presentations. The group discussions give us the opportunities to share our experience while case studies & presentations help to practice and apply the concepts and approaches learned through the course.

Some time ago, on the recommendation of a friend, I went to the General Chamber of Commerce to enroll in their Chinese tour guide course. The receptionist at the hotline was very enthusiastic and answered all my inquiries patiently. Everything went smoothly after that, including me telling her that I needed to register as soon as possible due to company reasons, so I hoped to receive information about the course as soon as possible. She almost hung up the phone and sent me what I needed.
