Great atmosphere, great instruction, great people. More than a gym Stronghold is a community with a good mix of experience levels. The instructors have created a really positive atmosphere making it easy for new practitioners to get stuck in whilst the senior belts are both inspiring and helpful. Consistency is key in improving any skill and Stronghold have created an environment you will want to keep comming back to.

Léon, our 8yo did both MMA and BJJ with Stronghold for almost 3 years until we moved back to Paris. He was very sad to leave this club and so were we. Strong coaches in a nice atmosphere. Long live Stronghold !

My kids have been training BJJ for a couple of years now. My son even quited for a time, but since he saw Coach Charmaine and Coach Luke giving lessons at Stronghold MMA, he decided to come back. Their enthusiasm and energy is contagious, I even decided to join in. Even my wife recently started MMA training here, so you should take a chance too. Take a trial lesson.
