M. T. L.Ms Germaine is a very good teacher. She can explain things very clearly and my son enjoys her lessons because she uses many good examples in class. I am glad I started him with WE lessons at TWC since P3. They have laid a solid foundation for him in terms of writing vivid, engaging and interesting compositions. 2 thumbs up!
D. L.My daughter had online lessons and her teacher was Germaine Quek. She is very organized in her lessons and manages it well for an online class. Her rapport with the class is excellent, and she is so encouraging, with very constructive criticism. We are so glad we had her!

From the very beginning, the administrative team, Shurei, has been incredibly informative and helpful. Her guidance and coordination have made the process smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciate her approach, which is supportive and not pushy.
I also want to commend the teacher, Benjamin, who has been guiding my son. The improvement in his work has been remarkable, and I can see a significant boost in his confidence and skills. It's clear that Bemjamin is dedicated and effective, as evidenced by the fact that my son’s essays are now being used as examples by the teacher in class.
Thank you, Write Connection, for creating such a positive and encouraging learning environment. Your efforts have made a meaningful difference in his education.
S. P.Mr Ben is a fantastic teacher who has taught my daughter for two years. He’s very kind, patient and always willing to go the extra mile to help children improve and answer any questions that Jia Lin may have, even before class. Keep up the great work Mr Ben!!
M. M.Friendly, responsive and helpful, the Centre Manager (Sherui) always strives to assist the students with their needs. Despite some changes in teachers, some kind teachers, including Ms Germaine and Mr Benjamin, are helpful and supportive.
T. J.Ms Germaine Quek is my twin children’s P2 ET teacher and they love attending her lesson .
She is full of energy and makes the kids look forward to her class! My kids English review recently showed greatly improvement with no corrections and they are so proud of themselves! I am also proud of them 😀
M. W.Sherui (CS) and his teacher Benjamin helped my son with a fractured dominant hand to continue lessons by typing his answers and providing extra time for him to complete his work. Mr Benjamin is supportive and offers updates on the student's progress and assistance in achieving their goals. Thank you so much for the efforts and help given to my son. Much appreciated.
J. L.My children are currently taking their enrichment classes at the TWC Parkway Parade. Though we are new to the branch, Miss Shu Rui, the customer service officer made us feel at ease and detailed in explaining the curriculum to us.
Miss Germaine and Mdm Rahidah are very attentive and engaging teachers. The children looks forward to attending their classes.
V. C.With the collaboration of Sherui(CM) and Teacher Prisia Ong, they have helped to solve my problems in attending to my daughter’s study needs.
Teacher Ong is willing to go extra mile to stay back to coach my daughter when she missed her lessons as well as to assist in marking her English assessment. Thank you so much for relieving my work.
