Flavourful and aromatic North Indian/Hyderabadi style biryanis. Highly recommended especially for those who miss the authentic taste back in India. Portions were sufficient and fulfilling.

Undoubtedly KING OF BIRYANI in SINGAPORE !!! Amjad Baig has created a great place with great sumptuous Biryani. Absolute Culinary Extravaganza. Taste, Flavour, Aroma, Packaging is brilliant. Starting from the point that all Biryanis are only made to order. Limited Choice but that is what is the best thing about it. I had a to place an order for next day delivery with my choice of “Spice Level” and what we needed. Amjad Baig came himself to deliver it much before the delivery time. Just super impressed. As the Biryani is just outstanding. The chicken curry is brilliant. Raita is phenomenal. Thank you Amjad.

Ordered the vegelicious vegan for 2, chicken for 2, and beef massaman for 2 briyani! Service was prompt, the crew got back to me really quickly on both Instagram and Whatsapp and provided timely updates when his driver was nearing. This was useful as I could quickly walk over to join my friends for lunch as we were in different locations. The biryani was really good and flavourful - wasn't too oily or clumpy - and all of my Indian classmates liked it a lot, they felt it was authentic and reminded them of home. We would have liked more raita (it was very smooth and a good compliment to the flavourful briyani!) and just a small suggestion, more chicken and maybe a little gravy as it was a little dry. My friends finished the vegelicious vegan sets and that speaks volumes of how much they enjoyed the parsley/coriander and many herbs in the vegetarian briyani! Once again thank you to the crew for your support for healthcare workers! Really appreciate your swift delivery, updates and good food! Worth a try if you are looking for good biryani to share! One of the best briyanis in Singapore!!

Food was amazing!! We ordered the mutton and prawn briyani and Amjad recommended we get there egg curry - the combination was so good! We also ordered the chicken curry and salad and yoghurt. The chicken was cooked to perfection and was falling off the bone and the flavours again we're so delicious. The food was deliciously spicy and such a great blend of flavours. Amjad was so helpful and answered all my questions. The food was delivered in small containers for easy warming and serving. Thanks Amjad! You can really taste the love and passion in your food 😁

The prawn biryani was flavourful, and the rice was so fragrant and delicious that you could eat it on its own. Very good biryani, the mutton biryani was amazing . The chicken biryani is a milder flavour compared to the mutton and very tasty. The portion was a good size, although perhaps meat to rice ratio could be improved, but this isn't negatively mark the biryani, the ratio was better than most places I've ordered from. My regret is I didn't order the raita, it would have complemented the flavours tremendously. For a die hard Biryani fan, this goes in my top 3 in Singapore. Spots number 1 and 2 are reserved for when I make my own 😁.

Decided to try out the briyani for my birthday lunch. I had 5 ppl at home So ordered vegan for 2, mutton for 2, chicken for 2. Communication was smooth via Instag and Whats App and my requests were mostly taken care off (they forgot to omit the potatoes from the chicken briyani as rqsted - small matter). Briyani smelt heavently and reminded me of a family friends pakistani food every hari raya when they invited us. Light not too heavy and flavourful, we enjoyed each bite. Thou I would say each briyani can contain easily another 2 to 3 pcs chicken. I feel the chicken is very minimal (yes its half for 2pax). Also the price of chicken 2 pax is 30$. But no raita, curry, papadam or achar is given. Tbh most restaurants that have high rental charge20-25 for briyani which can feed 2 ppl as well and they serve a small bowl of curry and raita alongside. Thats the way it should be. Given the charges for food are premium here i dont think it shld be purchased again separately. Really wish price was more mid range. Would have loved to order for a bigger group in future but its not feasible with just briyani alome being so costly. Have to serve other dishes alongside for a small party. It was nice to finally try something with a familiar taste thou that reminded me of young days.

We were very surprised as for the first time in Singapore we were able to have authentic Biryani Nizam style. Very large portion which would feed 8 people and not heavy using very good quality Basmati rice. We had the mutton and the meat was fresh and just right with amazing yoghurt on the side. No skimping on quality and ingredients and going to order chicken for the next one.

Tried their beef massaman for 2. Just straightforwardly, it was super nice. Although we are Japanese and I am not a biryani lover, this is the best biryani I come across. Probably, this is the real taste of home cooking of biryani. Per serving size was so large, we couldn't finish all so will preserve to enjoy in next day too. Definitely, shall come back to repeat one.

Brilliant stuff! Truly authentic and a family recipe as advertised..with generous portions and good meat to rice ratio. Tried the mutton and the veg both were outstanding..in fact a good veg biryani is not easy to get right..great value for money. Tip: Manage the spice levels down though if you can’t handle hot stuff..we went 7/10 and that was still nice and hot for someone who can handle spices..look fwd to our next biryani 👍🏻

The best Biriyani we've had! My wife and I always complain that its really hard to find really authentic Biriyani in Singapore until we recently found Biriyani Central. We've loved the Mutton and the Chicken Biriyani and will soon be trying their Beef creation next. Its been a hit whenever we have friends over and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Great flavour, amazingly authentic, great customer service, always bang on time and great value for money.

I’m generally very fussy about Indian food because my best friend’s mother’s cooking is very good and I have high standards. I have to say the biryani at biryani central is delicious! The rice Is fluffy, flavourful and the spices hits the right spots. It also has the right amount of heat. The mutton was very tender and the prawns were well marinated. Need i say more? We've had the chicken and the prawn. Both were excellent. I thought the chicken was delicious but the prawn was even better! I suggest also to order the raithaa as an accompaniment. They take care to package well (we've had it delivered and also self collected) and also give advice on how best to warm up the food. We will be trying the mutton and the beef next!

Rice, spices, and meat... grabs my attention. This shop offers traditional dum biryanis but also some gems like the Beef Massaman Biryani. This particular biryani is a fusion of Thai and Indian flavors done very well. You won't be disappointed!

If you are looking for home-made Mughlai biryani, try this out. I would love to see a bit more of the caramelised onions. Other than that, a very well executed authentic mughlai biryani that’s hard to find in Singapore. The ordering process and communication updates were seamless, good stuff - keep it up.

Omg...., I love the aromatic rice! Bursting with flavour, mouth watering and pleasing to my palate 👌🏽 I’m not suppose to eat carbs. The mutton , was divine and so tender, Hubby’s favourite.
