Good Shoe Quality Manage to find 3 pairs of comfortable shoes. Bernard and team was very helpful in helping us to get the best shoes. This is a factory outlet so we didn’t expect to be able to find our size (cos unfortunately is common size that everyone wants). But appreciate the patience and help given to slowly pick our choice.

We are fans of clarks, especially my mother and father. Some days ago we went there. My mother and father bought four shoes in total! They planned to not only wear for themselves, but also plan to give it to people. Although the price is on the high side, but it feels comfortable when you wear it. Friendly and cheerful staff with great service attitude. Shoes are neatly place and shop is clean.

First time at Clarks a few days ago. Great service by a staff named Sufi, very attentive and willing to help! Saw him trying his best to speak Chinese to customers that were more comfortable speaking in Chinese. BIG thumbs up 👍 Will be back!
