I took a pair of shell cordovan cap-toe from a US Brand here for repair. Heel box needed replacement. CNES did a very nice job with the repair. Looks new. Replaced vibram rubber protector. Great service. Repair came in sooner than expected.

Positives: Great shoe selection and at a very competitive price range. The store is really nice and the staff are helpful. Improvement points: Online customer service is either slow or non-existent. I have reached out to them via 3 different communication methods and no response. Recommendation: Recommend buying from this store if you are able to go in person. However, if you are buying online and would like online support then I would suggest to go to other suppliers

The overall quality is good. The value for money is good. But after 4 wearing the inner sole started to unstick on both shoes. Hence I need to bring them to a shoemaker to fix it.

Arrived at 1.23pm on a Thursday, was attended by Azmi and Sai. Me and my friend tried a lot of penny loafers, tasels and oxfords before deciding on a monk strap due to its comfort. We were also given a historical context behind the shoes which was interesting to note. Different shoe even with the same design had different fits. Overall, I would recommend this place to shop for a shoe. Just bring along a pair of socks so you don't dirty the shoe and don't try on without asking.

Customer service was kind and responsive. They guided me on the right size for me. Oxford model 154 size 45 fits great for me, with it's wide last - I usually wear US 10.5 EE. Dark brown 154 is a beautiful pair and it fits really comfortably.

I emailed CNES and received a prompt response within a few hours from Alicia from customer care. She was fantastic in advising me which size was appropriate for me based on the measurements I had provided her in my email. Indeed just prior to shipping I received a final follow up email confirming my measurements. The whole experience was professional and the service was exceptional from start to finish. I received my shoes within seven days and am extremely satisfied. They fit perfectly and the quality is superb. I look forward to purchasing many more shoes from CNES. Good quality shoes and professional services. Their staff have good knowledge on various shoe brands and you may ask them about sizing by providing brands and lasts that fit your properly. If you have "typical" Asian foot like me with wide toe box and narrow heel, then you should find perfect fit model at CNES. Best value and quality at this price point.

Was attended to by an elderly malay gentleman. He was knowledgeable and attentive. However i would like to highlight to management on the policy of trying maximum of 1 shoe only. Ive read previous reviews on the same topic however it seems like nothing has changed. I tried on a pair of shoes and wanted to see how a different colour would look like. But i was stopped by the salesman as he was worried that i would leave creases on the shoe. Totally understand his point of view but it doesnt make sense that im not allowed to try on a different colour to see how it will match my work pants. Overall a good experience, but just felt the need to highlight this.
