Went into the shop with no expectations but came out pleasantly impressed with great customer service by Lee Hua ! Her knowledge of the shop products was very helpful and beneficial to us making our final decision in which shoes to buy, and she prioritised comfort level over the aesthetic of the shoes when recommending them to us. Her experience and creativity also helped us in the choosing and designing of jibbitz for the shoes we chose and she was good at recommending jibbitz that fit the style of the shoes we bought. Thank you Lee Hua for outstanding service, your friendly smile and welcoming presence, my mum and I had a good time there. ☺️✨🙏

I was being served by Nurhana and she was really good! She served us from the start to the end, very patient and professional. I came in with my 2 kids and she attended to them very well. Great shopping experience at Crocs Nex. The staff Jocelynn is very good in servicing for my parents.

Hana is an excellent server. She is very thorough and helpful. It is very difficult to find shoes for my friend as her feet are really small for an adult. Ms Hana told us about how to choose shoes, and that even though they seem to fit, they may not be good for long distance walking. Ms Hana is very courteous and friendly. Kudos to Ms Hana.
