Ishak has been very patient with us and sharing his knowledge on the difference between a sandal and a shoe. Did you know the classic clogs can be used both as a sandal and a shoe? The fit requirements are also different. The sandal should be fitting and the shoe is supposed to be slightly loose. We bought 3 with $40 discount

I visited Crocs at PLQ on Christmas Day at around 5.45pm. A Chinese female staff (not wearing specs) approached while I was browsing for a pair of navy crocs lite. She asked me what size I was looking for. After telling her my size she then went into the store and came out. She didn’t inform me the results of her search and went to handle other stuff. I thought there was a colleague inside the store room helping her with the search. After 10-15 minutes of waiting for nothing, I approached her. She gave a gibberish reply about no more stock left for the size I was looking for. It was unclear and I have to make out what said. She didn’t even apologise for not getting back to me, making me wait for nothing. Not coming back to this branch again.
