Lucca Vudor - found this on my IG stories. Decided to check them out at their i12’s outlet, and i bought 2 pairs of shoes 😍 very comfortable shoes and the sales lady, Ginny was very cheerful and always helpful! thank you!!

Just bought my 6th pair of the same design! Most comfortable shoe I’ve ever wear! Update: Disappointingly, my latest pair “opened mouth” shortly and even made me tripped and fell. Left shoe leather detached as shown, right shoe base came off. Sent back to shop on 15 July and to date, no calls & updates from shop. 2nd update: They agreed to replace a new pair for me after 3 weeks. But not even an apology for the inconvenience caused. :(

Their shoes are very comfortable. Pro is customer service is v poor. I been to both SV n i12. At SV, the lady was doing video call all the time. At i12, the lady didn't bother to greet the customers. She was busy doing housekeeping and when I asked her about the shoes, she pointed me to them. Overall physical store experiences suck.
