good customer service and great product! i ordered on shoppe on the 15th december and received on the 17th, speedy delivery! i was careless with the reviews and didn’t read to recommend sizing up, the shoe ended up too tight. went to their building to have an exchange and the guy was super nice! don’t know who his name is so shoutout to you for being so sweet! i was visibly tired from having to travel such a long way and he was very kind, offering me to try out the shoes on the spot and not rushing me and giving me advice on which size i should choose, ended up with two sizes bigger and it’s the most comfortable shoe i own. thank you so much, will definitely buy again ❤️ !
