Had to replace a damaged shoe and a very helpful customer service person named, "Ten Zi Ying" at the Novena branch, helped me very thoroughly Her intricate knowledge of the various shoe products, and patience was the best I've experienced at any Sketchers shop in Singapore. I ended up getting a Slip In, Arch fit shoe, due to get advise.
