Great experience purchasing a pair of non slip slider shoes for my mum, cos I really love my own pair of Sunnystep balance runners! Sales lady was knowledgeable and helpful. Been telling all my friends how comfy these shoes are. 👍🏼

Purchased my first pair of Sunnystep shoes here. Ah Chai (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) was immensely helpful and carefully explained the membership as well as the exchange policy. He also helped me check the availability of a shoe model I was interested in and informed me which outlet had it. He was polite and friendly, thank you!

I've been using the shoes for 3 weeks and am very happy with it! I have bunions, which have made it so challenging for me to find shoes that do not hurt, but Sunnystep is the exception. The shoes' soft "skin" means there is no pressure to my bunions, and this softness is well compensated with sturdy soles that support your feet well. I highly recommend to anyone who has bunions!

Writing this review after two weeks of wearing the shoes. Your shoes are totally A-W-E-S-O-M-E! Many 'comfort' shoes' soles are too thin or too thick, or the designs are too bleah. Believe me, they went through a thunderstorm. Two pieces of baby wet wipes made them good as new (of course, u have to air them dry lah. Not put the wet shoes back to cabinet). Also, I wear them without socks. No blisters. No smell. Even after clocking in an average of 12k steps a day. And nope. It's not because I lost my sense of smell. I could still smell it when someone walked past me n farted. So...yah...let's say you come up with more bling bling and bright-coloured designs, I would have to upgrade my shoe cabinet. 😄👍

Bought this a 4 weeks ago. I have flat feet but the shoes are very comfortable. It is also lite so i have do additional weight in my ankles and very good to pack. My only setback was it is a bit sweaty when worn. Maybe because of the material is vegetarian leather. Nevertheless it is still a very comfortable shoe

Just worn my shoes for the first time. The shoes are comfortable but the insoles of both my shoes have different thickness. The left insole has a thick middle arch causing a little discomfort whereas the right insole is thinner and has not much support. Do check out properly before buying because the shop assistant said this is a common complaint. Wanted to add that the management actually called me the next day to address my problem. This is a company that cares. Thank you!

It was a rather busy Saturday morning at Novena 2 outlet. The male salesperson was polite and very helpful. The colour I originally wanted was unavailable in my size and he patiently checked stock availability for another colour for my size. He is also effectively bilingual, assisting me and another Chinese couple.

While it says orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days, after order, payment and a wait for 5 days (including sunday), I get a message from the store to say that my order is only available in the warehouse and delivery of my item will take 1-2 weeks. Or, switch to a different colour choice. I request then to try to work out a delivery in the next 2-3 days or assist to process a refund. Seems, the refund is not possible and I'm either forced to wait 1-2 weeks for my item delivery or, switch to another unpreferred item colour. Horrible service! Edit to this post, the recovery for the lapse in service was impeccable and great. Appreciate the personalized effort from the team, going out of their way to ensure customers are given the best that is possible.

Without thinking, I bought 3 pairs of sunnystep shoes. Its cost me $366. My first time buying the sunnystep shoes yesterday without regret. Today I decide to wear it and giving it a try. To my surprise my bunion wasn't hurt. Walking down the flight of steps with this comfortable shoes didn't hurt my knees too. I come home after a long walk, my leg was not tired. I am happy.

Bought two pairs of runners in early March — sad to say that they do not last. The soles have almost worn out after 4 months of alternate-day wear and I’ve had a couple of almost-slips in the recent wet weather. Thought I would replace them due to comfort but also surprised to see the significant price increase recently! Definitely won’t be buying them again unless there’s some change to the soles with the current pricing.
