Walked in on a whim and never looked back. shoutout to Naresh for providing excellent service and advice on shoes. Quality of the shoes were superb and feels great on your feet. definitely head down to try on the shoes for a better fit. Looking forward to my next pair with them!

Great quality shoes and you can take your time fitting to make sure you get the right fit. Bought 2 pairs of handmade shoes and they look great. Friendly and relaxed service with no hard selling. And you can get your hair cut at the same time.

I am most satisfied with the shoes I got from the shop for my wedding, that I got my brother another pair. The shoes are great value for money and the service was exceptional. Han went to great lengths to help me hand paint a pair of shoes and he was very nice even though I didn't really fancy the final look and he helped me to find another pair that had the exact colour I wanted. He made me feel like a friend more than a customer. Highly recommend and I will be sure to get my shoes from them in future.

Quality shoes for an extremely reasonable price. Do check them out if you are in the market for men’s work shoes. Their shoes are extremely comfortable and well made. Blows their competitor away at any similar price point!! Best part is that I have never gotten such a good after sales service from any shoe store before. Just the after sales service is worth looking at their product selection. 👍🏻👍🏻

Instead of paying $180-200 for cemented, mass-produced shoes from the usual retailers, I decided to pay a little more for a blake-stitched, hand-crafted pair from Why&Co. One that can be re-soled and used for many years. It turned out to be a fantastic decision -- great service and the shoes were so comfortable, even from the very first wear. Just bought my second pair from them.

I bought a pair of shoes from W.H.Y and co today. The purchase experience was very pleasant and Mr. Naresh is pleasing , knowledgeable person to talk to and provided good advice , down to the best way to tie lace and how to care for the shoes. There wasn't any hard selling . Price point is competitive.

Very professional service provided by the gentlemen there. Not only do I have flat feet but my feet is very wide. Expected to go there and get a shoe and be done with the day but with the advice from the staff, I was able to make a more informed decision. They advise me on comfort vs looks and prioritized what was important to me. Can really tell that they would not hard sell but really advise the customer on what their real needs are. In the end, the shoes that I tried on that day were not comfortable for my feet but I learnt more about my needs on shoes. Would definitely come back again to try the design that they recommended to me as it was out of stock on the day I visited. All in all, excellent customer service and very, very knowledgeable staffs. Thank you for the advise guys!

I ordered a pair of Captoe Oxford Black (with expedited delivery which was only an extra $20) at 10pm on a weekend and it was delivered at 2pm the next day. The shoes are amazing, both in their looks and construction, and they are super comfortable. Han (the guy who contacted me for the delivery) was super helpful and even checked with me on the fit. Worth every dollar!

Went there for wedding shoes, Great quality shoes, very affordable pricing for quality, great service despite walk-in without prior reservation, would come back again. Do try to make reservation atleast D-1 before visit.

Went over for a fitting session, unfortunately the size i wanted was out of stock but fitting was done anyways. Good and honest recommendations were given on the type of shoes to get for my feet size and type. Will recommend this place for anyone looking for a dress shoe
