Amazing experience! Am new to the brand but Kai Wen introduce me and my partner to the brand and bring us around. She storytells the product well amd really sold us on the brand!!! Great sales person! Will come back

Not our first purchase at Aesop but Joel’s excellent service got me posting a review for him (not surprised to see the other positive reviews for him). Joel was very attentive & patient as he explained the products. Not pushy at all but instead very friendly and welcoming. Very happy with our purchase & will be back to purchase from this outlet again.

Love Aesop and their product. Saw the reviews online and was a bit concern about service but it end up to be a nice experience. Staff is friendly and helpful, she is very patient in letting me trying and exploring my preference, she also spray the perfume on the bag after packing my product, very lovely smell.
