Like to come here do my phone's screen protector, the saleslady is so patience and she always done the pasting perfectly. She also explained to me different type of protector in different price. :P Small gifts selling here also cute and special.. i bought 2 mugs, 1 for my daughter, another one for my wife. ^_^)

I would like to compliment your staff Mei Yi from Banana Story Hougang Mall for her good customer service. I bought an iphone lens protector from her and she helped me to fix it on the phone. However, in less than 2 weeks, the lens protector dropped off. I brought it back to her and she helped to fix it back but it came off again after a day. I visited her at the booth again and explain to her of the situation. She helped to replace a brand new one for me though the design was not my preferred design as most of the design were sold out. She did it at no cost and I got a new lens protector replaced. A few days later while I was passing by her booth, she asked if the lens protector was fine and I feedback to her that pictures taken with flash were unclear. She offered to check the lens protector then decided to replace with my preferred design without any charge. The lens protector has been intact till today. I am very impressed with her good customer service and for going the extra mile in ensuring customer satisfaction is met. Kindly relay my thanks and appreciation to her for a job well done. Thank you.

Love how nice and calm the lady at the store was. Am using a oppo flip phone. Right in front of me was a customer using the same phone as me. They accused her for rejecting them by saying she does not know how to stick a tempared glass. But actually the defect is caused by OPPO and I mean whichever. Either the case maker or OPPO. The from case can never clip properly if you had a glass on. When it's was my turn I told her I know about it and get me the gel protector will do. Then I ask her why she did not a sound and she just said there is no point explaining if I know what I'm doing. Love her attitude. Fyi, purchase the hidrogen gel protector @$22 and the workmanship is prefect! 加油小姐！
