Workers are very nice. They are very kind. They chose Blue ribboned merchandise for me, asked many times for my wondering and suggested if I wanted to wash by using things there. And they told me the system of tax refund. Im satisfied.

Writing this on my mother's behalf. I’m Sri and I would like to compliment your marvellous and helpful staff at Jewel especially Salamiah(Mia) She helped chose and also recommended 18 candles. Helped me to wrap and did many wonderful things. Hazlyn (Lin) assisted me in arranging and packing it into my hand carried luggage. They and the other staff at Jewel are simply awesome. I will be coming back.

We’ve always had a wonderful experience at bath and body works. This was our first trip to the store at Jewel..the staff blew my mind. They were joyful, ever so friendly and extremely helpful.
