P. A.I went to the HarbourFront Centre outlet to try out the organic hair colour. After I told them what colour I wanted, they recommended a dark brown as I need to colour the grey hair. I had a free hair treatment after that.
The result is better than what I expected. My hair is shiny and looks healthy. I may go back to try the hair treatment.

She’s attentive, and both she and the team provide a refreshingly non-aggressive approach, there’s no pressure to buy. She is very polite, dedicated, professional and friendly lady. The whole experience was truly impressive, esp with their massage chair while washing my hair. But I had waffle only as I prefer drink water only. My first time visiting this branch and doing the scalp treatment. Intended to do grey hair touch up only but in the end bought the package for my scalp treatment too because of Jasmine’s and Win’s best service and friendliness. I like the way Jasmine recommended the suitable treatment package for my scalp and hair but not pushy at all. Win did my hair coloring and treatment. He is very thorough and patient. Gentle touch on my hair. Helped to do my hair curl. Totally recommend. Will come back again.

Staffs here are really take good care of customers. They provide waffles here with 2 flavours, maple syrup and chocolate syrup, in case customer is hungry. Btw the waffles are freshly made when ordered. One thing to highlight is, I enjoyed the massage chair when hair washing! Omg this is so enjoyable and I nearly fall asleep!

I was served a blended blue tea, chocolate waffles, had the opportunity to charge up my phone in a secured and private area and slept on a massage chair while she washed my hair. Lovely place. X. X.Jasmine and Yannis attended to me. Jasmine was very sweet, patient in explaining my situation to me and providing advice to me. I appreciated that she was not pushy. Yannis was very gentle and constantly checked to see if everything was OK, whether the pressure was too hard, water too hot etc. The whole experience here also included blue pea flower tea, waffles and massage chair. I even got to put on a robe that felt really exclusive. Would love to visit again if the chance arises.

Dora & Jasmine who’s the consultant from the shop give me an in-depth explanation on my type of scalp and also the process. After the scanning, they realise that I have oily scalp and followed by the treatment therapist by Yannis, her Meridian massage skills is really good. I dozed off right after I sat on the massage chair while she gave me the treatment. After 90 mins, I can feel my hair is glowing.

Had a free consulation where Sharon explained and analysed my hair condition and recommended remedies to improve my existing hair fall issue. Wendy, my hair stylist, advised the steps she will take to even out my unbalanced hair colour due to previous dyes.
