Visited this store at around 8.30pm on 21st aug. I wanted to buy a neck pillow and approached this malay round specs guy called Yasser for a new pillow. He mentioned that there was no new one and all stock is displayed. Obviously this sounds like bullshit who the heck puts ALL their pillow stock on display. So I ended up asking another chinese guy (didnt get his name) but he was incredibly helpful to help me get a new piece. If not for this chinese guy I would have gave this place 0 stars for poor and dishonest experience with people like Yasser. To boarding gate, please train your staff well. This guy could have caused me a wasted trip, time, money and a night of poor sleep as I needed a neck pillow post jaw surgery
