We’re happy pawrents of Gigi! We are first time pawrents so we appreciated Phionna and her team’s help. They were very friendly, helpful and prompt in their replies. They also took great care of her while we prepared our house for her. Edited 2 weeks in to reflect what happened: 1. Gigi had an infection on her hind paw and a huge bald patch on the affected spot. We had to bring her to the vet within a week of bringing her home. The vet suggested that based on the usual fungal/bacterial infection incubation period, she may have been infected prior to being brought home. Unfortunately, we felt that this was brushed off as a small matter when we shared this with Catzilla. Their response did not seem reasonable, as one should not expect a kitten to sustain an infection and have to visit the vet within a week of bringing her home. They offered medicine after we shared this with them, but this appeared to downplay the issue. Given that the Vet needed a test to confirm the nature of the infection, we did not feel it was appropriate for us to just use any medication without the vet’s actual diagnosis of the ailment. 2. We received a used pet carrier to bring Gigi home. We didn’t know it was not new until Catzilla realised that they had left another cat’s documents in the bag, and requested we return the documents. We subsequently confirmed with them that our carrier had previously been used. While it was allegedly used just once, it still was not nice to be given a used pet carrier. It was also shared that the previous cat in the pet carrier had diarrhoea. Given that stools contain bacteria, this may have caused the infection on Gigi’s paw in the later days. A new pet carrier was offered after we provided feedback, but the incident left a bitter taste so we didn’t accept their pet carrier offer. 3. There was an internal mix-up of the identities of Gigi and her sibling from the same litter. We realised the mix-up when we discovered that the microchip number on Gigi and her ‘pet vaccination passport’ did not match. The mix up was only confirmed when we requested Catzilla to check the passport taken by the owner of the other kitten. Although the kittens’ prints appear similar, one is chocolate-coloured while the other is seal-coloured. We had indicated our preference for the lighter coloured ragdoll based on Catzilla’s photos of the kittens posted on their Instagram page. However, due to the internal mix-up, Gigi was mistakenly recommended to us as the chocolate-coloured kitten. It was this only after we had purchased Gigi that it was revealed to us that Gigi is the seal-coloured kitten, and not chocolate-coloured as originally claimed. We provided the above feedback to Phionna, but unfortunately, the tone in her responses appeared unapologetic, and did not exhibit any empathy in the situation that we were facing. Also, no apology was ultimately given. While Catzilla was always responsive to our queries, we felt that these issues were quite significant and they weren’t satisfactorily addressed so we are quite disappointed. Updated after another 2 weeks: Catzilla has reached out and provided service recovery. We appreciated their follow-up and revised our ratings. As our first experience was mired with a series of unfortunate/unpleasant events, we rated four instead of five stars.

Huge thanks to Catzilla for taking care of our adorable, sweet-tempered girl! We left her with them for a month while we got her new home ready, and the staff were absolute gems - so friendly and kind. Phionna was super helpful too! 🩷 Will get another cat from them when the time comes!

It has been nearly a year since my husband and I brought our golden BSH home, and we love him so much! As first-time cat owners, we were worried about how it would be like, but our cat has a good temperament and is very loving. Of course, bringing home a pet is a big decision that should not be taken lightly. Once you’ve decided that you’re ready, I would recommend checking out Catzilla. :) Phionna was very helpful in answering our questions and she also took care of our cat’s neutering. She even extends complimentary gifts (like a cat carrier and birthday presents) to former customers like myself.

Great experience with Catzillasg and so glad we chanced upon them on IG. We visited the shop and interacted with the cats. The interaction was important for us to observe the cats and have a sense of their temperament. We are first time cat owners and had many questions about keeping a cat. Phionna was very helpful in answering our questions and gave us a crash course on things to note. We decided to fetch Bluey home after a week to get the necessities. Bought a very very cute high pedigree ragdoll of premium quality (with all the paperworks!!!) The cutest cat i’ve ever seen.
