I had the absolute pleasure of working with Chaney Couture, Aurelia the designer to create a custom gown for my wedding morning. I wanted a gown that would evoke the grand and regal aura of a China ancient queen to match my oriental look and setup, and Aurelia delivered beyond my expectations! The final gown was nothing short of amazing—super grand, high quality, and exactly what I envisioned. Aurelia’s attention to detail and craftsmanship is unmatched. We engaged Chaney Couture to tailor a couple of bespoke gowns (as well as men’s suits) for our wedding. We went in without having much of an idea on how the gowns would look like, but Aurelia (the owner and designer) with her patience and aesthetic eye, proposed a couple of absolutely enchanting gowns. Approach to chaney couture for a bespoke cheongsam for my tea ceremony. Studio was cozy and they had a variety of cheongsam/gowns to try mainly to feel the different materials. Had some ideas here and there about styling and Aurelia was very helpful in helping my ideas be translated onto the paper. I was also looking for a certain type of fabric print to which Aurelia was very prompt in getting back on what's available :) love the service!!
