I've been meaning to get a water filter system from Cuckoo ever since they entered the Singapore market, and I was pleased to find that they set up shop in Gain City Sungei Kadut early this year. We were attended to Michelle Fonseca in April and she was nothing but pleasant and conscientious with her service and even after-service journey. We signed the package in April and she politely updated us of the available installation dates when it was nearing our move-in date a few months later. The technician who came to service our installation, Eugene Low, was also meticulous and efficient in his service and gave us tips on how to prolong and care for our Fusion Top. Even their customer service officer, Vivian, was stellar over the phone when I had to call in a few times. Highly recommend Cuckoo Singapore for their amazing staff and their line of products!

This is first time bought Cuckoo water purifier which I used to buy another brand. Really satisfied for the service as the response is promptly and explanation is so clear to me. Technician is experience which able to explain different way of installation (drill or not drill) for us to justify which method is most suitable to us. Were plan to install a water dispenser in the office, we chose Cuckoo after doing the survey of water dispenser product. Josephine has contacted me very promptly after I contacted the main office customer service. She was a very responsive, proactive, and helpful person. The technician was very helpful and politely. Also very responsible as because of overrun from the previous job so he will update me on his status consistently. Overall super satisfied with the product and customer service.

Went to causeway point looking for water dispenser for my family and i chance upon cuckoo. I was not very experience with the products so the sales personnel Josephine was very patient and explained the product in details to me . she is very good in the product knowledge and was very patient in going through the different uses and functions. The Cuckoo Water Purifier was recommended by my neighbour. It makes life easier literally by having hot, cold and normal temperature water at my fingertips and I also like the compact body which was so much smaller than my previous water purifier which didn't provide me cold water.
