My wife and I walked in randomly to the shop and was served by Chris. We were kind of expecting that there would be some sales tactics to convince us to buy the insoles. However we were wrong. Chris serve us very well and explained the different types of insole. He offered to give us a free 3D foot scan (without any agenda) and advise us to try out some shoes in the market before diving into a customised insoles. His honest and experience advice made us understood our foot better so that we know what type of shoes suit our legs. It is a shop that I would recommend to others.

Jay attended to me and she was amazing!! She's really knowledgeable and so genuine. I first did the foot scan to find out my feet type and she explained the kind of footwear/support I need. She was sincerely listening to my problems and recommended me solutions which truly helped. It almost felt like a miracle because I was experiencing acute pain for my plantar fasciitis and the insoles and socks provided so much relief! Beyond that, she also advised on post-treatment which is so important in the recovery process. All in all, Jay's amazing at what she does and she truly cares. I truly recommend her. Well done Jay!

Great experience! Just went in thinking I had plantar fasciitis. Derrence explained that I had metatarsalgia, took a foot scan, sold me insoles suitable for my arch and gave me instructions on what to do/not do for the next two weeks.
