I came to Feet Care East Village for custom insoles and had a wonderful experience with Vicky, a reliable and friendly foot specialist. She was incredibly prompt and efficient when I contacted her via WhatsApp, quickly confirming my preferred timings. Initially, I had booked on a Wednesday (their closed day), and Vicky thoughtfully sent me a screenshot of their operating hours to reschedule without any hassle. When I arrived at 10:30 AM, she greeted me with a warm smile and demonstrated patience and expertise in dealing with flat feet. She provided detailed advice and examined my feet thoroughly. I also appreciated that she didn’t push additional products but instead suggested practical solutions, like interchanging the insoles with the shoes I brought since they had a similar cut. Vicky’s professionalism and genuine care made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend her and Feet Care East Village for anyone in need of customised foot care services!

Had a good initial consultation with Vicky. She is knowledgeable and patient in explaining the potential causes of my issue. She provides assessment of my condition and offers available product to address the pain. Tarvin is very patient and understanding of my problem and my heel pain. As a sports person himself, he can relate to my issue. Highly recommend him. After a year has passed on from the above review I made, I must say that the custom insole feetcare made for me is excellent and durable. Worth every penny. I will never leave my home without the insoles if I am wearing shoes. It has very much helped with the recovery of my plantar fasciitis. I am a regular basketball player between 2-3 times a week. I also use my custom insoles for my basketball shoes and they feel great and comfortable after you have finished breaking them in. Recently the boss of Feetcare WhatsApp me to check in regarding the progress of my insoles and this prompted me to want to purchase 2 more pairs of insoles. Went down to east village and got to know Chris, who was very attentive and friendly. Got to know that Feetcare upgraded their material for the custom insole. In summary, excellent and durable product (custom insoles), great service and also very good after sales service.
