Leaving this review because I'm pleasantly impressed by the service of Gentle! Bought a pair of Rifruf shoes at the pet expo from them. They were very friendly n helped me with trying them on for my dog. Mentioned I could exchange them if they didn't fit. Sadly, the shoes kept flying out so I headed down to this Somme outlet to get it exchange. Same thing, the lady helped me with my dog trying on the shoes. They even offered an exchange for other products in the store. Decided on a smaller size but the stock was at gambas outlet. Arranged for delivery. It was at no additional cost n it came super fast. Very very pleased. Will patronize again! The Somme outlet also has a nice park outside plus a tiny lane that u can park for awhile.
