I purchased a set of Widex Moment Sheer hearing aids in the US, about two weeks before a trip to Singapore. The aids would not charge in Singapore, despite numerous suggestions from my US audiologist. I brought them to hearLIFE, as this shop is a Widex distributor. I do not know the gentleman’s name, but he was fantastic. Despite no appointment, he went through the diagnostic steps with the aids and the charger. Still no charging. He used the charger from the demo set of aids and it worked perfectly. So the problem was with the charger. Unfortunately, since we were only innSingapore for four days, he could not send the charger in for repairs and he had no replacement in stock. But simply excellent and pleasant customer service. I highly recommend this shop.
