On my third visit to this TCM shop, I've come away with a distinct impression: the manager at the Paya Lebar branch is incredibly pushy when it comes to sales. Every time I visit, they invariably try to sell me a package and persistently inquire about it. Despite initially purchasing a package on my first visit due to a friend's recommendation and a positive experience with the masseur named Michelle, who effectively addressed my pain issues and provided detailed explanations, I find the continuous sales pitches during subsequent sessions off-putting. It detracts from my overall enjoyment of the experience, to the point where I hesitate to renew my package once it expires. I've rated this establishment three stars primarily because of the excellent service provided by Michelle, but I sincerely wish they would ease up on the hard selling tactics.

Sherry is a very dedicated masseur who goes beyond her service. She has treated my shoulder pain which was there for very long. I was introduced to Sherry who gave me the assurance to treat my pain. And manager Pearlyn service let me felt very comfortable and explained my body issue . I took her advice and signed up for other treatments as well to expedite the recovery process. I would highly recommend Sherry and Pearlyn to anyone as I have seen tangible results myself.

Although pricey, the massage and therapies do work. I had really bad neck and shoulder aches, and after a 2 hour solid session with Michelle, I felt so considerably relieved I could sleep well after that. The heat massage and cupping from the use of special machines together with Chinese herbs also really helped a lot. Enjoyed it so much.
