Easy to use, providing alkaline water. The sales person is well versed n friendly. Good machine good service. It will be good if there is a pause function and better if able to produce hot water.

My family has been drinking Alkaline water for the past 20 years. Our first machine was from Kemp Singapore and it lasted for almost 20 years. Just shifted to our new place and we decided to upgrade to the latest machine which comes with hot, cold and room temperature function. I have not been boiling water for so many years!! I bought my first Mavello ionized alkaline water dispenser from Kemp Trading more than a decade ago, and decided to upgrade to a newer model with them again this year after doing research & some comparisons for ionized alkaline water dispensers in the market, due to its reliability and durability since I was renovating my home. Purchased the Jupiter Alphion MX. Delivery was fast and the installer very professional throughout and gave very detailed explanation for the operation of the machines. He also demonstrated the usage and test out the ph level of the water for the various setting. My whole family enjoy drinking the ionized alkaline water. Happy with the purchase and services.
