The staff there are extremely welcoming and take the initiative! When I was looking around, they politely asked if I needed help which was wonderful if you ask me. When I did need help , the staff were informative and kind.

I went to the Krafers Paradise City Square Mall and would like thank the staff for assisting me with the art products. Im not sure of her name, but she is very friendly and approachable when i have enquiries regarding the art products i was considering and needed. She assisted me immediately. When im about to purchase, she asked me if I needed brush and palette! I felt that with this, it really would help to ensure that all the items needed for an art craft. Also, even before considering to head down to their store, I also enquired on the art easel table top stand. The team online replied promptly to my enquiries, even asked the type im looking for and which store I can consider to get the stand from. As a first timer both enquiring and purchasing the items at retail and enquiring the items online, they have exceeded the service expectations. very friendly, approachable and have knowledgeable in art supplies. Once again, Thank you all for your patience, prompt replies and great service! 😁👍 Appreciate it.

This place is a paradise! They sell different kinds of art materials that you need! All of the materials they sell is high class and very durable! Also they have different colors for the paints and different kind of stroke for the brushes but not paints and brushes are the things they sell. They also have canvas, sketch pads and many more! So check it out and this place will satisfy your needs

This is a good place to buy stationary and art materials. It has a good selection of colours. It is on the top floor of city Square Mall which is connected to MRT
