Service was very good. All staff are polite. I am happy with the purchase. The only things is the shop is too hot. One of the staff told me is been one month since the aircon spoil. I even saw other customers came in and say “wow so hot then leave the place”

When I entered the shop, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the staff, especially a staff named Mei fun. She was very polite and used her expertise well to explain the gold I was interested in. Although I did not buy in the end, she still greeted me with smile when I left the shop. She even offered me water while I was browsing through the jewellery & accessories.

The staff at Money max have very good service. I went in to buy something today and needed to check in. They were very kind and helpful, and introduced me to the products I needed in detail. Because I have a budget, I also disclosed my needs to the staff. I had a budget, but they were still very enthusiastic about the products within my budget and told me that I could pay in installments. I was very happy and finally bought a ring. Finally, I gave my ID card and credit card to the clerk, who was very kind. Telling me "I don't need it, I'll give it back to you" is really kind and I'm happy. I will come back to find him next time and also introduce friends to come over to buy and sell gold.
