She is well versed in her product knowledge and able to give me great recommendations and advice for our furniture purchase. Went on a Monday afternoon and was served by Ice Chan. The showroom is pretty spacious and clean. Ice was very friendly, patient and accommodating. She went above and beyond to explain to us about the types of different sofas and the prices. We were very happy to purchase one from her!

He was very patient while my father slowly walkwd to all the options around the huge shop and made sure to show all our possible options. He was thorough in his explanations of the materials, functions and features of each options. He made sure to make us think of the plus and minus when buying the recliner for an elderly. While considering all options, Mr Jimmy was considerate to grant us privacy and space, checking up every once in a while to see if we had more questions. Thank you Mr Jimmy for the quality service. The cashier at the counter was also thorough when she explained the payment and delivery process. The recliner was delivered within 3 days. Both parents happy with purchase.

Chanced upon this branch when I drive past. Need a sofa for my mum place. Many sofas and other furniture on display. Spacious and lots of choice and designs sets available that allows me to see, touch and feel. Jun Liang has been helpful and help us find one within budget and size. Very humorous and accommodating and listen to our needs. Finding the place to turn in when driving in took some time. Cos all I see at the back of building was the SKF sign and opposite the road is Houze shop. My mum was the one who saw the small Nova logo signage. Maybe can put up a bigger logo and signage.
