OFFCUT is truly a magical place that connects people and paper. The concept of redefining the value of waste through a paper thrift store is innovative yet also so integral, because it easily becomes a conversation starter on how used paper can have a second shelf life and beyond. By presenting it in a way where you are able to physically walk in to a store and shop for paper (and be able to touch and feel every piece with so many textures and sizes and colors to choose from no less!), it makes the cycle of educating about sustainability a fun and creative one. The staff too are all so friendly and helpful and it has made my several trips there always enjoyable. Aside, personally, OFFCUT has also been a great supporter in a children's programme I am working on and the children have been so appreciative of the paper they get to use, and it has been heartening for me to kick start this conversation with them too about valuing and shifting their perspective on paper :)
