Excellent service, affordable balloons and wide variety for all sorts of occasions. We were so impressed with their range of products that we ended up topping up our initial orders with extra balloons. The communication is very prompt and they also alert you that the delivery is on the way. Just note that in case you experience issues clicking on the website, just refresh the page and it will be working again.

Customer service was very prompt in their replies, and very patient to answer all my questions and accomodating my changes, both through WhatsApp and in-person when picking up the balloons. I appreciated how they took extra care to give instructions on how to care for the balloons and things to avoid during the pick up as I was a first time purchaser. The balloons were great too, they held up well despite moving around and travelling many places with them.

This is the best party shop in Singapore. Their prices are very affordable compared to other party stores. The balloons was also long lasting and very good quality. I ordered the customised helium balloon set. It has been 2 weeks and the customised balloon is still floating very well. My hubby was so surprised! Their replies are also very prompt. I spoke to Nabeelah and she offered suggestions on the best option for my hubby's birthday. She is so friendly and helpful. The delivery is also very affordable and prompt! Very happy with my purchase and will definitely come back to them for my parties!

Ordered balloons for kid’s birthday. Was contacted by Nabeelah a day prior to confirm time of event so that they can arrange the delivery accordingly. Looked around alot of birthday decoration packages, but Party Theory SG was really affordable and worth it. I chose them to decorate the hotel room for my girlfriend 21st birthday, and it was really beautiful and pretty. My girlfriend really was shook and fell in love with the decos. Definitely gonna go back to them for any other occasions :) thank you for accommodating to my needs and making it a beautiful and better looking room! 😊
