Highly recommended! We decided to bring Muffin to Pawpy Kisses for his first full grooming after a basic grooming was beautifully done by Carol and her team before CNY this year. Without doubts, Pawpy Kisses has the best dog groomers out there! Carol was very patient and super helpful explaining the different cuts and possible outcome of the look for Muffin. I had the best experience for my first purchase with Pawpy Kisses (why didn't I buy from them earlier 🤦‍♀️) They delivered the Underdog raw and cooked food to my place. My handphone was on silent. They made the effort to call me so many times because they are afraid I didn't get the food in and put in the freezer. My partner at this point already did. BUT these guys are so amazing, they actually made a U-turn back just to check on me, and intend to bring the food back if I had still left it out there. This extra mile for customers is simply admirable. Thank you to Yonghui and team. You guys are awesome! When they have to make a separate delivery, and the flavors I wanted for Stella's stew is out of stock, Yonghui contacted me and ask if I will accept other flavors. I did. Thank you Pawpy Kisses for being so flexible and for the top notch custome service! :) Purchased a few boxes of Pet Cubes Frozen Raw food for my Frenchie and needed to delay delivery to a specific date as we were in the midst of moving and with frozen food we had to make sure we had our freezer up and running before the order came in. I placed the order and reached out to the seller who then communicated to the delivery guys to arrange according to my request. Highly recommended store! I ordered Big Dog BARF kangaroo and some dental chews and they arrived with a small gift the following day! The frozen food was delivered in perfect frozen condition and good expiry date. They were also super helpful on chat when I had many pre-purchase questions about transitioning to BARF given his sensitive digestive system and skin issues. Seller also advised me to seek veterinary advice which is most sensible. Post-purchase I asked where I could find the expiry date on the package and seller quickly responded with a photo showing me where I could find it! Still slowly transitioning my dog - still on 25% BARF 75% homemade raw beef diet. He loves it and licks the bowl clean. Initially had soft but formed stool but as of today, perfectly normal! Bought cooked salmon from them coz the ingredients are so clean. My dog has sensitive skin and many ingredients make her scratch excessively. The Service is so personable, got a whatsapp msg after placing order and got my delivery within 3 days. Love this place! The only place i trust my pups. They come back so calm and dont bark at the groomers (very rare) not cuts or abrasions too. The puppy cut they do is amazing too. I have tried many different groomers to find one that I am comfortable with. Of course there are other nice groomers, but Pawpy Kisses comes across as very professional, hygienic and transparent. My dog, Sugar is very timid. PK is very accomodating to my requests. I have let Sugar try their transport service. Dogs have individual cages. I have also visited the shop to see the workspace. It looks bright, clean and roomy. The dogs can be easily seen. They are also quick to update me on the condition of her skin, if any. I have recently been bringing her there and enjoying my time at nearby cafes while I wait for her 😁

Always trust pawpy kisses with my poodle's haircut. Thwy are really consistent. I tried a few before but they always didnt look nice somehow. Love that they always update me on new rash spots they find on my dog's skin and advise me on how to treat them.
