Purchased the Augustine Superbath on their shopee page a couple of months ago! However when I finally want to use it, I saw that the item looked defective. (Note that item is still far from expiry) . Chatted with pawsavenue and they were very kind to assist with checking their batch to see if they had the same issue. They even sent a new bottle over. Thankyou pawsavenue for the wonderful service. Thumbs up would recommend! Will definitely come back to repurchase from them!
