We got our shy but adorable 5 month-old puppy here last week. Went there twice and stayed there for a long time each time to interact with the puppies before deciding to get our puppy from them. Jingwen attended to us, answered our questions and allowed us to interact with the puppies patiently and professionally. Her love and affection for the puppies was quite apparent through the way she talked about them and handled them. All the puppies seemed to love her as well. This contributed much to our decision to get our puppy from Pawsome. After we brought the puppy home, Jingwen continued to check on the puppy and answered our queries regarding the puppy’s habits, likes, dislikes and what could have caused her to have soft stools etc. We feel that Jingwen and the other employees at Pawsome who look after the puppies so well, had successfully made us feel more comfortable getting a pet from a petshop (and less guilty) because we saw how healthy and happy the puppies were. Thank you Pawsome for the healthy, affectionate new member to our family! :)

We just got Momo yesterday and the staff at Pawsome is so friendly and helpful! Can see all the puppies there love them alot and they are all so well taken care of! Momo is so affectionate and cute! Especially with the haircut they gave him.. he looks so much like a portobello mushroom so freaking cute!!!! We got Fluffy from Mr.Chan about 9 years ago and we are so happy bring home Momo as his brother! Thank you so much, Pawsome!!

Sent my shy furkid to Pawsome daycare for some doggie socialisation and she has started to love going there. She especially loves Jin Wen & Samantha who gives her lots of attention. They go beyond & above to accommodate my problem child's needs and made her overcome her fearfulness. Very glad that she gets to play with other cute friends and come home tired and happy.

We got our little Pucker at Pawsome and Jing Wen was so great with it all, from the start and even after we've brought Dubu home. Jing Wen was patient with all our questions and even more patient with our indecisiveness as we took multiple trips down to Pawsome before deciding. She told us after she was sure we'd get her, she was definitely right! Jing Wen continued to provide support after we brought Dubu home and even took the initiative to provide solutions to problems we posted randomly on Instagram Her great personality and support made the experience of getting Dubu very positive! We’ve gotten our puppy from Pawsome and our main point of contact was Chitra - she was a true help to us, not just smoothening the process, but also continued to give us great tips along the way after we returned home with the puppy.. (finally met up today at the Kennels)! All in all, every staff we encountered so far at Top Dogs, Pawsome Kennels and Pawsome itself have been really helpful and genuinely so. We felt very much at ease with the whole process as first-time dog owners, and do look forward to future boarding/grooming sessions with the awesome Pawsome team :)

We fell in love with our little Westie by just viewing her through the instastories. It is love at first sight 💕. We also like to give Trella, one of the staff in pawesome who serve us a 5 stars rating! Unlike most of the other SG pet shops staff, Trella made us feel very welcome to the shop, almost like visiting a friend's place. She encourages us to have our personal time interacting with our puppy in a glass room. We didn't feel pressurised at all. Therefore, we got to build a bond with the puppy. She didn't rush us into making decisions and advised us to give good thoughts before bringing our furkid home. She really cares about the dog's welfare as a passionate dog lover. She recommended many good places to buy affordable and useful items for pet owners. She wants all the fur kids in good hands and care. Trella kept in touch with us and often checked in with our fur kid. We are very delighted with her professionalism, friendliness and warm approach. We are lucky to be served by her. Thumbs up!!👍👍👍🐾🐾

We went to a few pet stores & Pawsome is one that impressed us with the way they treat their puppies. We also got to interact with a few puppies based on what we were looking for, which helped narrow our options and to find a puppy that we found an affinity with. Trella, in particular, was patient to explain the different personalities and was generous in sharing with us various tips. The team here is also not pushy and gave us space and time to think through. We had eventually decided to adopt one that came along the way. But am truly appreciative of the experience that I had with Pawsome & Top Dog.

We often went to the store to see all the gorgeous dogs they had. They were always healthy and happy looking dogs and they were in nice enclosures for space and viewing. Issac and his team were always patient and friendly with our 2 girls and requests for seeing the dogs and playing with them. Eventually we purchased our Sandy a Cavapoo from Pawsome and we are very happy with the service and support we still receive and she goes back fro regular grooming.

Visited the Changi branch yesterday to play with CKC, Jolyn was there and not only allowing us play with puppy and explained a lots of things to us. She answered every single questions we had and still with smiles! Can’t believe we got our first puppy at that day and Jolyn texted me with puppy starters and things we need prepare for puppy. I feel she is truly care about puppy and she offered me to text her along the way if I have questions. She is awesome and I am blessing to have her help to get the perfect puppy! PS. The shop is well organized and clean. All puppies looks happy and you can view many different types of puppy when you step in the store.

I went to 10 pet shops before deciding to buy a dog from Pawsome. The dogs here are very happy and healthy - a reflection of the love and care Issac and team give to the dogs. They feed their dogs with homemade food mixed with good quality kibbles, give their dogs probiotics etc. They let their dogs have run n play sessions in the day. Another deciding factor is that i know the parentage of the dog. Each dog is not farm bred. Issac also assured me he will guide me through step by step on dog care for as long as i need guidance as i was first time dog owner.
