Excellent range of products with an equally excellent customer service. Special shout out to Jamsine who helped me search for my product and was very helpful. Kudos to her !

The staff there is friendly and helpful even they’re busy checking and putting their stocks. Once you entered in their shop, they greet you and says thank you even you just drop by to see the pets that their selling and never buy anything. The shop is cleaned and tidy although its small. The cages of their pets are all cleaned and has available food and water while the tank of their fish is also cleaned.

staff there very friendly keep it up 👍 but just one small thing uhm yesterday i was there looking for pet food and i have noticed a rabbit having hard time breathing in the cage/transparent box and the it kept reaching to the hole to breath in oxygen.

Carries decent amount of stuff for your pets and maybe more cos shop space is small, you'd have to squeeze to walk around in it. Bursting at its seams, it seems.
